    Hotel stay as a member

    As a loyal member, I was really let down by my recent stay at the hotel. The Chelsea Football Club location was disappointing right from the start. The escalator was broken, and that was just the beginning of many letdowns. The check-in line was long and boring, which kind of set the mood for the whole stay. When I finally made it to room 601, I found dirty furniture, a cracked and stained sink, low-quality TV channels, and really dark lighting. And to top it off, there were no bedside charging points or sockets. I won't be coming back to this place, that's for sure.

    Quick and accurate customer service

    I've been using this VPN service for a while and I'm really happy with how well it works. I like that I can use different connection methods, like Wireguard, which have made things better for me. The blog they have is also great for learning more about VPNs.

    The other day, I had trouble accessing iPlayer while I was traveling. I tried to fix it on my own but couldn't, so I reached out to customer service through the chat. The chatbot couldn't help me, but then I got connected to a real person named Tom.

    Tom was super quick at getting back to me and helped me figure out what I was missing. He stayed with me in the chat until I confirmed that everything was working. Thanks to his fast and professional help, I could watch my show without any more issues.

    Usually, I don't really need help from customer service because this VPN service is so reliable. But when I did need help, the support was really good. Tom's help was amazing, and I'm impressed with the service they gave me.
