My recent stay at a hotel was not great, especially because of the staff's attitude. They were short-staffed and we needed quick service, but the bar closed at 11pm sharp, so we had to wait in line without getting any drinks. It was a busy night because of a game, so closing early didn't make sense - they could have made a lot of money. I spent over £1200 on rooms for my clients, but I won't be coming back to this hotel in the future.
