Buying a new bed after 24 years was pretty overwhelming, but Christopher Aguirre, the sales guy we dealt with, made it a lot easier and more fun. He took the time to answer all our questions, gave us lots of info, and really seemed to care about helping us pick the right bed. It's not often you come across such great customer service nowadays, and we were really grateful for all his help. Thanks a ton, Christopher!

I'm so excited about my new dry bags and luggage system from this company! They do a great job of keeping all my stuff safe and dry when I'm riding my bike in the rain or through puddles. I find the bags really strong and simple to attach to my motorcycle. On top of that, they look pretty awesome! I'm really pleased with my buy and would totally suggest it to all my buddies who are into adventure riding.

Don't believe all the negative reviews out there, eh? I decided to take a chance with this company, and boy am I glad I did! Despite all the bad feedback, I got my order in just 3 days, even during a busy holiday weekend. The packaging was top-notch and the product totally blew me away. The folks at this company were so helpful in figuring out what was wrong and guiding me through how to fix it. A shoutout to Justine for her amazing help! Even though I'm not the best with tech stuff, she walked me through updating my DNS settings so that everything would work smoothly. I ordered something for delivery outside the country and was so disappointed when it arrived without a tracking number. I had no clue which courier to contact, and Lovehoney's customer service told me to call all the couriers in my area to find it. That's just crazy! They didn't even try to help me locate my package. I feel like I wasted my money and now I don't have my stuff. Lovehoney hasn't reached out to me at all, despite what their automatic reviews may say.

I bought a tripod mount from this website not too long ago, but I gotta say, it didn't go so well. The package never showed up, and when I tried getting in touch with customer service, no one got back to me. I was really let down by the lack of communication and professionalism.
