Quick and efficient customer service
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about placing an order ‘cause I read some not-so-great reviews about slow delivery and unhelpful customer service. But man, let me tell ya, my experience with this company was top-notch. When I was worried my order wouldn’t make it on time ‘cause I had to leave the country soon, the customer service team was right on it. They assured me my stuff would arrive when they said it would, and even checked to make sure they had everything in stock for me. They helped me out with some changes to my order too. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went, and all my stuff got here way before I had to leave. The customer service team was super quick to respond and actually helpful the whole time. Huge shoutout to them for their awesome support!

I recently ordered some items from SmallRig and they arrived really quickly, like in just six days all the way from China to my house here in Canada! The quality of the items is really great and the packaging is pretty impressive. I'm loving everything I received and I'm so pleased with my order. And hey, everyone needs to relax about those old negative reviews - SmallRig is actually awesome, they deserve a fair shot!
Camera accessories
Hey there, I just wanted to share that I ordered some really cool camera accessories from the website. At first, I was a bit worried because I read some negative reviews, but turns out my experience was actually really awesome! The communication was super quick, usually getting a response within a day, and the products themselves are top-notch quality. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, around 2-3 weeks to get to where I am, but it wasn't a big deal. All in all, I'm pretty pumped to order more stuff from them down the road.
Sony A7iii cage purchase
I just got a cage for my Sony A7iii from this company and it was honestly a great experience. The sales team was super helpful and made the ordering process really smooth. I originally ordered online but had to cancel the next day because I needed a different item. The support I got on their Facebook page was quick and really useful. I was really impressed with the customer service they provided.
Tripod Mount
I bought a tripod mount from this website not too long ago, but I gotta say, it didn't go so well. The package never showed up, and when I tried getting in touch with customer service, no one got back to me. I was really let down by the lack of communication and professionalism. I ended up finding the same thing somewhere else and got way better service. I recommend checking out other stores for a more reliable shopping experience.
Gear delivery to Norway
I just ordered some photography equipment from SmallRig and had it sent to Norway. When I got the package, I found out I had to pay extra customs and broker fees. I contacted SmallRig's customer service, and after a bit of a wait because of the pandemic in China, they asked for proof of the fees. I sent over the documents they needed, and I was happy to get a full refund on the fees.
