Broken handle and tripod joint
I bought some stuff from this company and both times were really bad. First, a handle I got for my camera lens broke after only two days because of a crappy screw. If I didn't notice, my expensive lens could have been wrecked. Then, I got a video tripod with a broken leg right when I opened the box. The quality and manufacturing of SmallRig's products are terrible and I'm super disappointed.
Camera gear
I ordered some camera gear, eh, but I haven't received it even after a whole month, you know! The support team didn't even ship it out and some of the items were out of stock. I tried placing another order when it was back in stock, but the same thing happened, eh! I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam or if they've gone out of business, you know? Don't waste your time ordering from here, eh!
Battery purchase
I ordered some batteries three weeks ago and I still haven't received any tracking info or updates on where they're at. I've emailed and chatted with their customer service a bunch of times, but no one's telling me anything about my order. It's been really frustrating and I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Quick-release camera rig
I bought a quick-release camera rig from this company not too long ago, hoping to get it pretty quickly. But after waiting a few days with no updates on when it would be shipped, I decided to contact their customer service for some answers. They told me it would be shipped within 2 days, but nothing happened. So, feeling frustrated with the lack of updates and the delayed shipment, I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, they ended up denying my request for a refund. All in all, my experience with this company wasn't great and I would suggest others to look at different options for their equipment needs.
Quick and efficient customer service
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about placing an order ‘cause I read some not-so-great reviews about slow delivery and unhelpful customer service. But man, let me tell ya, my experience with this company was top-notch. When I was worried my order wouldn’t make it on time ‘cause I had to leave the country soon, the customer service team was right on it. They assured me my stuff would arrive when they said it would, and even checked to make sure they had everything in stock for me. They helped me out with some changes to my order too. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went, and all my stuff got here way before I had to leave. The customer service team was super quick to respond and actually helpful the whole time. Huge shoutout to them for their awesome support!
Video editing kit purchase
Just wanted to share that I got this awesome video editing kit from Amazon. It came with a shotgun microphone, LED light ramp, stabilizing grips, extra rechargeable battery, all nicely packed in a protective gear case. The delivery was super fast, only took 3 days. I definitely suggest ordering from Amazon for a smooth experience.
Bought a camera cage
I can't believe some folks are talking smack about this place! I bought my camera cage online and checked if it was in the Canadian warehouse. They got back to me really quick and confirmed it! Three days later, I got my camera cage with no additional fees. Just gotta be friendly and double-check where your stuff is coming from and if there are any extra charges. They deserve 5 stars for being speedy, easy to order from, great prices, and amazing customer service!

Waste of time
I'm getting tired of waiting for my order to go through, it's been more than a month now. I recommend finding a different site to buy from, it's been a real pain dealing with their customer service for a refund, it's like they're trying to scam you!
Tripod Mounting Plate
I bought a Tripod Mounting Plate from SmallRig, but I had to return it because it didn't meet my expectations. They said I would get a refund since I didn't use it, but it's been 5 months and I still haven't received it. The post office handled the return package tracking number and I can't find it. I've tried contacting SmallRig several times, but they won't give me a refund. Their lack of responsibility and follow-through has left me really unhappy with their service. My friends and I won't buy from SmallRig again. I found Tilta to have better customer service and would recommend them instead.
Fuji X-T5 L-Bracket
I don't get why people are complaining, everything went really well. Sure, I didn't get a confirmation right after I paid through Paypal, but all the order info was in the Paypal confirmation email. So, after waiting for 2 days, I sent an email to the address they provided for updates and got a reply in English and German with a tracking number just half an hour later. It was all good.
Cage for camera, other items
I recently ordered some items from SmallRig and they arrived really quickly, like in just six days all the way from China to my house here in Canada! The quality of the items is really great and the packaging is pretty impressive. I'm loving everything I received and I'm so pleased with my order. And hey, everyone needs to relax about those old negative reviews - SmallRig is actually awesome, they deserve a fair shot!
Camera accessories purchase
I don't get why people are leaving such negative reviews. I got my order with no problems at all. Everything came on time, except for one item that wasn't in stock in Germany and had to be shipped from Shenzhen, China. The customer service was quick to respond and answered my questions within 24 hours, like they said on the website. Even with that good experience, I'm not planning on ordering from the official site again. They say they're selling in Germany, but they don't have the necessary imprint for the EU and there were some details missing on the invoice. But the quality of the products is top-notch, so I'll just get them from Amazon for some peace of mind.
Camera cage and side handle
So I bought this camera cage and side handle from the store not too long ago. But it's been like three weeks now, and I haven't heard a peep about my order. No updates, no tracking info, no responses to my messages - nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I had to get Paypal involved and file a dispute to try and sort things out. Finally, the store decided to reach out to me after I made a fuss, saying they'll send the items and asking me to cancel the dispute. They even offered me some newer products as a way to make it up to me. I've had good experiences with this store in the past, but this whole situation has got me wondering if they're really as reliable and customer-friendly as I thought.
Camera accessories
The return process and shipping experience were terrible. They sent all the items in different boxes, and I had to return each one. They don't give you return labels, you need a long reference number in every package, they want photos before sending it back, and you have to cover the return costs. It's slow to deal with returns.
Wireless microphone replacement
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this company, mostly on Amazon when they had really good deals (they're still good, just not as amazing as they used to be). The only thing that gave me trouble was the wireless microphone. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a replacement without needing me to return the defective one. In my books, they've earned my loyalty.

Smallrig 220B ordered
I recently ordered the Smallrig 220B from your website, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the delivery service. It's been 27 days since I placed my order, and the package is still lost somewhere in the USA. I can't believe how slow and unorganized this whole thing has been. If I knew it would take this long, I would've just bought it from somewhere else. Next time, I'll definitely think twice before ordering from your website again.

I just got a cage for my Sony A7iii from this company and it was honestly a great experience. The sales team was super helpful and made the ordering process really smooth. I originally ordered online but had to cancel the next day because I needed a different item. The support I got on their Facebook page was quick and really useful. I was really impressed with the customer service they provided.
Tripod Mount
