DeliveryI tried to buy a camera rig accessory from this company, but I had trouble getting it shipped to my APO AE address. The customer service I got was not great, and I had to deal with a lot of back-and-forth for 48 hours trying to figure things out. The refund process was also not easy. I was really disappointed because the product looked great, but I couldn't buy it because of the shipping issue.

Returns & RefundsI just ordered some photography equipment from SmallRig and had it sent to Norway. When I got the package, I found out I had to pay extra customs and broker fees. I contacted SmallRig's customer service, and after a bit of a wait because of the pandemic in China, they asked for proof of the fees. I sent over the documents they needed, and I was happy to get a full refund on the fees.
