I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about placing an order ‘cause I read some not-so-great reviews about slow delivery and unhelpful customer service. But man, let me tell ya, my experience with this company was top-notch. When I was worried my order wouldn’t make it on time ‘cause I had to leave the country soon, the customer service team was right on it. They assured me my stuff would arrive when they said it would, and even checked to make sure they had everything in stock for me. They helped me out with some changes to my order too. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went, and all my stuff got here way before I had to leave. The customer service team was super quick to respond and actually helpful the whole time. Huge shoutout to them for their awesome support!

I can't believe some folks are talking smack about this place! I bought my camera cage online and checked if it was in the Canadian warehouse. They got back to me really quick and confirmed it! Three days later, I got my camera cage with no additional fees. Just gotta be friendly and double-check where your stuff is coming from and if there are any extra charges. They deserve 5 stars for being speedy, easy to order from, great prices, and amazing customer service!

I've bought a bunch of stuff from this company, mostly on Amazon when they had really good deals (they're still good, just not as amazing as they used to be). The only thing that gave me trouble was the wireless microphone. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a replacement without needing me to return the defective one. In my books, they've earned my loyalty.

I just got a cage for my Sony A7iii from this company and it was honestly a great experience. The sales team was super helpful and made the ordering process really smooth.
