But, it does cost a pretty penny at $147.00 for a 20 oz bottle, plus $10.00 for shipping. The packaging isn't the best for use in the shower, and keep in mind, it's a one-time purchase.
Untamed hair products
I can't believe how much I wasted on those hair products! The shampoo was terrible - my hair ended up looking dull and greasy, never been in worse shape. And the aftercare stuff was disappointing too, felt like an expensive version of something you'd find at a regular drugstore.

I can't believe how rude this company is. They took my money without even telling me first, and now they're blaming me for the package not arriving. And to top it off, they won't even send me another one. Is that even allowed? It's definitely a scam, no doubt.

Rich New Wash
I recently bought and tried the Rich New Wash at Hairstory and honestly, I was so disappointed with how it turned out. I used two packets over a couple of months and my fine colored hair ended up getting more brittle and the ends looked all broken. On top of that, my scalp got all flaky and itchy, which was just the worst. I had read some good reviews, even one from someone I trust like India Knight, but the product just didn't work for me. When I checked the ingredients, I got worried about all the alcohol stuff in there that can mess up hair. Basically, this purchase was a waste of money and now my hair looks terrible.
