2-in-1 hair product purchase
Review about: Hairstory
The 2-in-1 hair product is alright, but my hair ends up feeling dry so I still need to use a conditioner on top of it. It doesn't really work as a 2-in-1 like they claim. Plus, for the price they're asking, I was hoping for better results and I'm kind of disappointed. Maybe I should try a different type to see what works better for my hair.
But my biggest issue is with their customer service. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times about a missing delivery, but I haven't heard back at all. Not even a simple acknowledgement of my concern. That lack of communication is not cool, especially when you consider how much the product costs. In the end, the product is fine, but their customer service is seriously lacking.
