Eh, my online shopping experience with this company has been a major bummer, eh. I ordered a Valentine's gift over a week ago, and it still hasn't even been sent out. I've sent two emails asking about it, but no one has bothered to reply to me, eh. It's like they don't care about their customers at all, and that's just not cool, eh.
