Recent purchase
I used to really like this brand and had a few things I loved from them. But my last visit to the store totally put me off. The service was so rude and unhelpful, it left me feeling really mad and let down. I won't be going back there again. If you're thinking of trying them out, maybe try the Covent Garden store or order from Selfridges instead. Just a heads up, returns are a pain and the staff aren't much help with that. The good news is, not shopping here anymore might actually save me some cash!

Got a new paddle
So yeah, I got this new paddle from Outdoor Play and guess what? It was totally the wrong one when it showed up! But man, when I reached out to them, they were seriously the nicest folks and sorted me right out. They took back the wrong paddle and got the right one sent my way crazy fast. It was actually my second time ordering from them, and I'm definitely gonna be going back to them again in the future.

Blouse in multiple sizes
The website is not showing the real stock levels, which is super annoying and inconvenient for us customers. Too many times I've ordered stuff that said it was in stock, only for them to tell me days later that they ran out and take it off my order. It's hard to plan what to buy when you can't trust the info on the site, and it's frustrating when things don't work out like you hoped. Plus, the sizes and quality of the stuff I've gotten have been all over the place, which just adds to the stress of shopping online.

Left earbud discharge issue
Hey there, just wanted to chat about a little hiccup I had with my left earbud. It was losing battery way quicker than the right one, even when I wasn't using it. So, I got in touch with customer support and let me tell you, they were super quick to get back to me and fix the issue. The sound quality of these earbuds is seriously amazing, and the best part is they don't break the bank. Hats off to the folks who made these bad boys!

DNA test kit
Eh, I bought a DNA test kit and man, I gotta say I'm really let down by the service. The website says it's gonna find matches for my DNA results, but it's been stuck on that step for weeks now. I've reached out to support a bunch of times but they never get back to me. The chat feature on the site ain't working right either, so I can't even get ahold of anyone for help. I even asked them to delete my account and still, radio silence. Honestly, this whole thing has been so frustrating and I'm starting to think this service is just a big ol' scam, eh.

Defective Ink Cartridges
I ordered some ink cartridges that turned out to be defective from this place and it was a complete disaster. The cartridges didn't work right, and their customer service was nowhere to be found. I tried calling a bunch of times, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I also sent a bunch of emails, but never heard back from them. It's obvious that this company is just trying to snatch people's money without coming through on what they promised. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of ordering from them.

Redmi TV speaker
I recently made my first purchase at this online store, and I have to say it was a pretty good experience overall. My order came all the way from Europe and got to me super quickly, in just three days. But when I unpacked my Redmi TV speaker, I was a bit bummed to see that it didn't come with the European plug I needed. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to buy a separate reducer. Still, the product itself seems okay for the price I paid.
