I called the store yesterday to sort out a payment problem with my bank when I was buying a Baracuta G9 jacket. The guy I talked to was really helpful and made sure the jacket was still in my cart. Yeah, so I ordered this shirt online and I even paid more for it to come really quickly, but it didn't show up until Monday! And when I finally got it, it was nothing like what I thought. The quality was so bad, it was like a cheap cleaning cloth! Definitely not worth it. I'm avoiding buying from them in the future, they're so shady with their two company names. Just really disappointing, you know?

So, recently I bought three shirts from this store. Even though I read some bad reviews, I gotta say I had a good experience. The shirts came the very next day and were just like they were advertised - real Ralph Lauren shirts. I was happy with the quality of the shirts and how quickly they were delivered. Jeans for partner
So yeah, my partner and I went into this store because he wanted to try on some new jeans. The staff there were super nice when he was trying stuff on, helping him out and stuff. He ended up picking a pair, buying them, and we took them home. But when he tried them on at home, he realized they didn't fit right. We went back to the store and asked for a refund, but they said we could only get store credit since he tried them on there. We weren't happy about that, especially since we don't live close by and we don't like online shopping. The staff totally changed their tone with us once they knew we weren't buying anything, got kinda rude and dismissive. I get their policy and all, but it just seems old-fashioned and not very good customer service. Now we've got this store credit that we don't even want to use because of how we were treated. If they had just given us the refund, we probably would have kept shopping there. But now, we're not going back after we use up the credit.
Holland Cooper hat, damaged
I just bought a Holland Cooper hat for $125 at Oxygen. But the hat arrived damaged because it was packaged poorly, so the top of the hat is all messed up. I got it as an Easter gift, and it looks like the quality might not be so great, or it could even be a fake. I'm going to get in touch with the company to sort out this problem.
Paul Smith top
As a customer at Oxygen, I gotta say, their next day delivery service is a total mess. My experience ordering a Paul Smith top was really disappointing. I paid for next day delivery, but what I got was a pair of shorts for a 5-year-old. It's not cool and makes Oxygen look bad. I suggest folks steer clear of this unreliable delivery service.
