Returns & RefundsI bought some clothes from this company and the customer service was not good at all. They were quick to respond about sending the item and giving me a refund, but they completely ignored my emails about getting a refund for the postage I paid to send it back. It's not right for a company to ignore customers like that and not follow the rules for distance selling. I also noticed they only put positive reviews on their website, which is misleading and hides any negative feedback.

Returns & RefundsSo yeah, my partner and I went into this store because he wanted to try on some new jeans. The staff there were super nice when he was trying stuff on, helping him out and stuff. He ended up picking a pair, buying them, and we took them home. But when he tried them on at home, he realized they didn't fit right. We went back to the store and asked for a refund, but they said we could only get store credit since he tried them on there. We weren't happy about that, especially since we don't live close by and we don't like online shopping. The staff totally changed their tone with us once they knew we weren't buying anything, got kinda rude and dismissive. I get their policy and all, but it just seems old-fashioned and not very good customer service. Now we've got this store credit that we don't even want to use because of how we were treated. If they had just given us the refund, we probably would have kept shopping there. But now, we're not going back after we use up the credit.

Returns & RefundsI bought a sweater that I had to return because I didn't even wear it once. The customer service was terrible, they took 4 weeks to give me my money back. They kept saying they needed to check security footage, but it seemed like they weren't doing anything. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

Returns & RefundsOh gosh, I bought these really awesome shoes online but they didn't fit because the size chart was off. When I tried to send them back for a refund, they made me cover the postage and also deducted the original delivery cost. That's so unfair! 😠
