Servicethe device itself is great, but the support ruins it — I wouldn't bother buying a third pair. I was overcharged on my card for the second pair; maybe a simple mistake, sure, but getting it fixed was a circus. Phone holds that never end, every rep sending me to the website (which, honestly, didn't help) and a chat that says "no agents available." Once I sat on hold for 32 minutes and then they dropped the call. Felt like calling a ghost in Denmark. The aids work wonderfully when they work — I mean, top notch sound — but if something goes wrong they turn into a paperweight, or a nail clipper, you know. My tip: pick a brand with actual local support if you value your time. Sad, because the tech is solid.

Serviceorder was straightforward, delivery was alright, and the earbuds themselves are solid. However, when something went wrong I had to chase support more than I expected. I was asked to mail the buds in for testing, which I did, and then it took about two weeks to get a replacement. They eventually sent one, so fair enough, but the lack of acknowledgement and slow follow-up felt sloppy (and, yes, I kept sending reminders). So, not a disaster, but it's not great either. If you're buying, just be ready to be persistent with customer service and ask for tracking and timelines up front. I'd still recommend the product because it performs well, but the company should tighten up their after-sales process — that would make this a five-star experience. Small flaws, but usable and worth considering if you can tolerate some back-and-forth.

ServiceI almost cancelled my order twice because I was nervous about support — you know how you read horror stories — but the hearing aids themselves actually do a decent job in quiet rooms and the fit is comfortable for all-day wear. Also, packaging was nicer than I expected, oddly. Trouble started when I needed help: hold times that stretched forever, calls that dropped, and email threads that seemed to go in circles with the same checklist every time. I keep saying I can’t hear clearly and it’s not dirt, but the replies felt scripted. It’s hurting my work — calls become guessing games — and that’s the real issue. Oddly, one rep suggested a tweak that helped a little, so there was a tiny win, but overall I’m still waiting for a clear path to return or warranty repair. Getting that answer has been needlessly hard. So yeah, mixed feelings: product itself? usable in parts of my daily routine. Support? still disappointing. Next time I’ll probably try Costco first, unless things change.

ServiceI hesitated before buying these because I’d heard how a tiny, inexpensive part can wreck the whole experience if support is non-existent. I still bought them though, used them every day for commuting and calls, and at first they were fine — sound was solid, fit was okay, nothing fancy but reliable. After a few months the eargels started to fall apart, and that’s when my doubts came back. Support at first told me the model was discontinued and offered a discount on a new pair — not what I wanted, obviously. I pushed back, asked again, and after a couple of runs with different reps they finally either shipped replacement eargels or pointed me to a compatible option (there was some back-and-forth, yes). A firmware update later cleared up most of the odd battery warnings and the weird call-answering quirks. So not flawless, and it took effort, but the main issues were resolved and the buds now behave like they did day one. Still a bit annoyed by the extra work, but overall relieved — wouldn’t call it perfect, but I’m using them without regrets.

ProductMy son accidentally lost one of my headphones outside and I ended up finding it under my car a month and a half later. Surprisingly, it was still working perfectly despite being out in the elements for so long. I was impressed by how durable and great the sound quality was. Maybe in the future, having a tracker option would be useful.

ServiceI just bought the C400-XT headset from your company back in January. At first, I ran into a small problem with it needing an update. I tried to do the update, but it ended up shutting down and wouldn't turn on again. So, I reached out to your customer service for some help. The lady I talked to was really helpful and understanding. She listened to my problem, got all the info she needed, and quickly found a solution. The next day, a new headset was on its way to me, fixing my issue right away. I really appreciate the great customer service I got from Jabra. Big shoutout to Melanie for all her amazing help!

ServiceThe customer service at this place is just fantastic! I had an issue with my earbuds, and luckily they were still under warranty. I reached out to customer support, and they were so friendly and quick to assist me. They suggested some tricks to try and fix the problem, but when that didn't work, they sent me a new pair in a few days. I was amazed at how helpful they were. This is definitely the right way to take care of customers!

ProductThese earplugs are really awesome! They have such good sound quality and fit perfectly in my ears. I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Plus, they're not big and bulky so I don't feel ridiculous wearing them. Unfortunately, after a year they stopped working, but Jabra replaced them for me which was great. However, after two years, one of them broke again. They really need to improve the durability!

ProductThe Evolve2 75 headset I bought not long ago has some really cool features like noise-cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone, which are super important for my Teams video calls. But, I was bummed to learn that these two features can't be running at the same time. It kinda makes the headset not that useful for me. If the next model in the Evolve3 lineup fixes this, I might think about swapping my current headset. Even with this big issue, I gotta give props to the headset for doing well in other ways and for having an easy returns process.

ProductI can't believe how fantastic the sound quality is on these Elite 10 earbuds! This is actually my third product from this company, and I have to say, they really nailed it with this one. The sound is so clear, detailed, and full. The built-in sensor in the in-ears really elevates the sound experience. It's like magic for my ears. These earbuds fit just right in my ears without any pressure, so they're super comfy to wear for long periods of time. They're also really easy to use on the go. Overall, I'm super impressed with the Elite 10.

ProductThe headset is pretty light and comfy to wear, thanks to the strong neckband that gives a nice fit. The mic and noise-cancelling features do a solid job, making it easy to chat clearly on calls. But if you don't wear it right, it can get a bit uncomfortable, especially on your ears. Samsung folks will find it good for calls, but might struggle with recording voice messages on Whatsapp and Telegram. Seems like a glitch with the apps, not the headset itself. Apple users won't have any problems recording voice messages though.

Returns & RefundsThe replacement charging box purchase went through real quick on October 10th. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and top-notch the customer service was. Even though I came across the original charging box before the replacement showed up, returning it was a breeze with no complications. The support team was super quick to respond and kept me in the loop, plus the free return shipping was a nice touch. It took about 22 days from shipping the item back to getting the refund in my account, but all in all, I'm really happy with the service from this company. Cheers.
