Lost headphone found after 1.5 months
My son accidentally lost one of my headphones outside and I ended up finding it under my car a month and a half later. Surprisingly, it was still working perfectly despite being out in the elements for so long. I was impressed by how durable and great the sound quality was. Maybe in the future, having a tracker option would be useful.
C400-XT headset
I just bought the C400-XT headset from your company back in January. At first, I ran into a small problem with it needing an update. I tried to do the update, but it ended up shutting down and wouldn't turn on again. So, I reached out to your customer service for some help. The lady I talked to was really helpful and understanding. She listened to my problem, got all the info she needed, and quickly found a solution. The next day, a new headset was on its way to me, fixing my issue right away. I really appreciate the great customer service I got from Jabra. Big shoutout to Melanie for all her amazing help!
Awesome customer service
The customer service at this place is just fantastic! I had an issue with my earbuds, and luckily they were still under warranty. I reached out to customer support, and they were so friendly and quick to assist me. They suggested some tricks to try and fix the problem, but when that didn't work, they sent me a new pair in a few days. I was amazed at how helpful they were. This is definitely the right way to take care of customers!
Easy setup
I had a really great experience with the customer service team at Jabra. The representative was able to figure out my issue with my phone right away and gave me a simple fix that worked. I liked how quickly and clearly they communicated, it saved me a ton of time and stress. I wish I had reached out to Jabra sooner instead of spending hours on the phone with support staff who couldn't help me.
In ear plugs
These earplugs are really awesome! They have such good sound quality and fit perfectly in my ears. I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Plus, they're not big and bulky so I don't feel ridiculous wearing them. Unfortunately, after a year they stopped working, but Jabra replaced them for me which was great. However, after two years, one of them broke again. They really need to improve the durability!
Evolve2 75 headset purchase
The Evolve2 75 headset I bought not long ago has some really cool features like noise-cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone, which are super important for my Teams video calls. But, I was bummed to learn that these two features can't be running at the same time. It kinda makes the headset not that useful for me. If the next model in the Evolve3 lineup fixes this, I might think about swapping my current headset. Even with this big issue, I gotta give props to the headset for doing well in other ways and for having an easy returns process.
New earbuds for laptop
The folks at the store were so friendly- Pedro, Shimera, Nick, and Melanie were all super helpful and nice! Pedro even made sure I got the right earbuds model with the dongle I needed. And when I couldn't decide between model A and B, Melanie quickly sorted it out for me. Awesome customer service!
Noise-cancelling headphones
When I bought my noise-cancelling headphones, I had some questions about connecting them to my devices. So, I got in touch with customer support, and I was really happy with how helpful they were. The person I talked to knew what they were doing and made it super easy for me to get everything set up. I really appreciate how quick and effective the service was from the folks at Jabra. It's obvious that they care about their customers and want to make sure they get the best support possible. I'm really happy with the experience I had and I'll definitely be recommending Jabra to anyone looking for high-quality headphones.
Bluetooth device replacement
Even though my favorite Bluetooth device got discontinued, the folks at customer support really came through for me and gave me a bunch of other options. I was pretty impressed by how fast they got back to me, especially on the weekend. The choices they offered were perfect for what I needed, and I found a new Bluetooth device without too much trouble.
Jabra Elite 10
I can't believe how fantastic the sound quality is on these Elite 10 earbuds! This is actually my third product from this company, and I have to say, they really nailed it with this one. The sound is so clear, detailed, and full. The built-in sensor in the in-ears really elevates the sound experience. It's like magic for my ears. These earbuds fit just right in my ears without any pressure, so they're super comfy to wear for long periods of time. They're also really easy to use on the go. Overall, I'm super impressed with the Elite 10.
Bluetooth headset with mic pickup and noise-cancelling
The headset is pretty light and comfy to wear, thanks to the strong neckband that gives a nice fit. The mic and noise-cancelling features do a solid job, making it easy to chat clearly on calls. But if you don't wear it right, it can get a bit uncomfortable, especially on your ears. Samsung folks will find it good for calls, but might struggle with recording voice messages on Whatsapp and Telegram. Seems like a glitch with the apps, not the headset itself. Apple users won't have any problems recording voice messages though.
Wireless earbuds
I just bought a set of wireless earbuds and had a bit of trouble pairing them with my phone. The instructions were useful, but I faced some issues and had to try a few times before finally getting them connected to my device. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the sound and how well the earbuds work.
Replacement charging box purchase
The replacement charging box purchase went through real quick on October 10th. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and top-notch the customer service was. Even though I came across the original charging box before the replacement showed up, returning it was a breeze with no complications. The support team was super quick to respond and kept me in the loop, plus the free return shipping was a nice touch. It took about 22 days from shipping the item back to getting the refund in my account, but all in all, I'm really happy with the service from this company. Cheers.

It was great dealing with the customer service team at this place. Mark, Israel, and Heather were all super helpful and got back to my questions quickly. Mark even gave me a call to help me find the serial number on my product. One suggestion I have is to offer a repair option for small issues that might come up with the devices.
Left earbud discharge issue
Hey there, just wanted to chat about a little hiccup I had with my left earbud. It was losing battery way quicker than the right one, even when I wasn't using it. So, I got in touch with customer support and let me tell you, they were super quick to get back to me and fix the issue. The sound quality of these earbuds is seriously amazing, and the best part is they don't break the bank. Hats off to the folks who made these bad boys!

The headphones I bought just didn't quite work for me, so I'm gonna return 'em soon. But I might check out another one from the same brand down the road.
Earbuds
I've been a customer since the earlier models and every time I've had issues with the earbuds, the customer service team was fast and efficient in fixing them. I'll definitely think about buying from them again when I need a new pair or want to upgrade to a newer model.
Cordless telephone headset
I just got myself a new cordless telephone headset, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. I upgraded from a different brand that gave me some trouble every now and then. This new headset has amazing sound quality, and I'm loving the freedom to move around during calls without being stuck to my phone. Had a bit of a hiccup when setting up the software on my computer, but the support person I talked to was a lifesaver. They patiently guided me through removing unnecessary files and reinstalling a fresh copy of the software until everything was running smoothly. Huge shoutout to them for putting in the time and effort to fix the issue for me.
