Unreliable order confirmation
I recently bought something from this company and I am really not happy with how they are communicating about my order. I haven't got any message confirming that my order is on the way. When I tried to track it on their website, I couldn't find my order number. This is so unprofessional and it's making me frustrated and confused. I tried emailing them but they haven't replied, which just makes me even more disappointed. I really suggest not buying from this company because they are not reliable at all.

Subscription service
I feel so frustrated with this subscription service I signed up for. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. Their customer service is just awful - they sneakily lock you into a subscription without any heads up about renewal, and then they won't give you your money back. I tried to argue the charges, but all they did was refer me to their policy and gave me no solution. I still haven't even gotten my items even though they took my money. It's been a really letdown, and I recommend people steer clear of this company.

Promo code reward issue
I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service team when I was trying to redeem a promo code for a reward. I used the code "GETUDK" back in April but never got the reward I was supposed to. When I contacted Plarium Players Support for help, they kept denying that I had used the code while it was still active. It was frustrating to be told I was wrong when I knew I had done everything right. The lack of responsibility and the unhelpful way they treated me was really disappointing. It seems like they care more about making money than making sure their customers are happy and problems are fixed quickly.

Cordless telephone headset
I just got myself a new cordless telephone headset, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. I upgraded from a different brand that gave me some trouble every now and then. This new headset has amazing sound quality, and I'm loving the freedom to move around during calls without being stuck to my phone. Had a bit of a hiccup when setting up the software on my computer, but the support person I talked to was a lifesaver. They patiently guided me through removing unnecessary files and reinstalling a fresh copy of the software until everything was running smoothly. Huge shoutout to them for putting in the time and effort to fix the issue for me.

Broken exercise machine
So I grabbed this workout thingy like three years back and it's been a complete bust right from the get-go. Feels like I got ripped off since it's never done what it's supposed to do. I lodged a bunch of complaints and finally, they sent a repair dude, but he only fixed a small part and it still made strange knocking noises. And when I asked for more help, they straight up said nope, buddy! I forked over a ton of cash and they won't even fix it properly. Save your allowance on this garbage, it's the absolute worst!!
