Useful Outdoor Gear Purchase
Eh, buying that Useful Outdoor Gear was such a solid choice for me, eh! The box had a nice variety of top-notch outdoor and camping gear, all from reputable brands. I love how each box has a different seasonal vibe and throws in discount codes for later buys. But what really gets me is that every single thing in the box is so darn handy and actually gets used. Some of those items have even earned a permanent spot in my outdoor gear stash, eh.
Premium quarterly box subscription
The premium quarterly box subscription from this company was a real letdown. What I got in the mail was nothing like what they showed on their site, and the service was just awful. When I got that first box and saw it didn't have any of the stuff they promised, I tried to reach out. But they left my emails hanging for weeks. Finally, they got back to me and said the missing items would come in the next box, but that never happened. It felt like they were tricking us, making big claims and then not following through. In the end, I got two boxes full of cheap stuff I could've gotten for less somewhere else. The whole thing was shady and disappointing.
Outdoor gear purchase delayed
I bought some outdoor gear from this company, hoping to get it before Christmas as they promised on their site. But I didn't get it until January 3rd, way after the holidays. And to top it off, they charged me for two extra subscription boxes without asking me first, and wouldn't cancel the order when I reached out to them. The whole thing just felt sketchy and unprofessional, with their lousy customer service and not caring about their customers.

I feel so frustrated with this subscription service I signed up for. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. It's disappointing to see others having similar issues on review sites. Is this on purpose? Payback for me canceling my subscription? It definitely doesn't sit right with me.
