Useful Outdoor Gear Purchase
Eh, buying that Useful Outdoor Gear was such a solid choice for me, eh! The box had a nice variety of top-notch outdoor and camping gear, all from reputable brands. I love how each box has a different seasonal vibe and throws in discount codes for later buys. But what really gets me is that every single thing in the box is so darn handy and actually gets used. Some of those items have even earned a permanent spot in my outdoor gear stash, eh.
Premium quarterly box subscription
The premium quarterly box subscription from this company was a real letdown. What I got in the mail was nothing like what they showed on their site, and the service was just awful. When I got that first box and saw it didn't have any of the stuff they promised, I tried to reach out. But they left my emails hanging for weeks. Finally, they got back to me and said the missing items would come in the next box, but that never happened. It felt like they were tricking us, making big claims and then not following through. In the end, I got two boxes full of cheap stuff I could've gotten for less somewhere else. The whole thing was shady and disappointing.
Outdoor gear purchase delayed
I bought some outdoor gear from this company, hoping to get it before Christmas as they promised on their site. But I didn't get it until January 3rd, way after the holidays. And to top it off, they charged me for two extra subscription boxes without asking me first, and wouldn't cancel the order when I reached out to them. The whole thing just felt sketchy and unprofessional, with their lousy customer service and not caring about their customers.

Total rip-off! They charged me twice for a subscription box and didn't even send it. My wife and I were looking forward to getting those boxes, but they totally scammed us. Be careful with this company, don't bother using their service!
First box order
So, I wanted to try out this subscription box and I ordered my first box. But, after a few weeks went by with no communication, I decided to cancel my subscription. I know I missed the deadline for the first box, but the lack of updates made me hesitant to keep going with the service. To my surprise, not only did my first box never show up, but I had already paid for it. The tracking info that said it was shipped vanished after weeks of waiting. It's disappointing to see others having similar issues on review sites. Is this on purpose? Payback for me canceling my subscription? It definitely doesn't sit right with me.
Overpriced subscription box
I'm really disappointed with the subscription box I got from this company. The stuff inside was really cheap and definitely not worth the high price I shelled out for it. It seemed like they purposely made the items seem better than they actually were. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Overhyped junk
I was super bummed about the stuff I bought from this company. It was totally not what I was expecting - definitely not top-notch. I wouldn't suggest signing up for their services, it's just throwing your money away on expensive garbage. Don't fall for the fancy ads, the truth is way off from what they're selling.
Year-long subscription gift
So, I ended up getting my brother and his wife a year-long subscription as a gift. They're into hiking and camping, so I thought it would be a cool present. The gear they got in the subscription was okay, but nothing amazing. It was pretty pricey compared to other places, though. The real issue came up when they automatically renewed the subscription without letting me know. And they bumped up the price by a lot, too! I tried to contact the company to cancel and get a refund for the extra charges, but they were totally unprofessional and unhelpful. They didn't even bother responding to my emails! They just kept charging me for another year. It was super frustrating and just left me feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

I had a really annoying situation with this company - they sent me a product I never even ordered and I can't figure out how to send it back.
