I just got a new jacket and gloves from this online shop, and the whole process was a breeze. The website was user-friendly, so I had no trouble finding and ordering what I wanted. My goodies showed up fast and were just like they were advertised. I did run into a small problem with the courier in the UK, but Christof from customer service was super helpful and got it sorted out right away. All in all, I had a great experience and would totally shop here again.

I just bought an outdoor pizza oven and the customer service was amazing! They were super friendly and always quick to answer my questions, even on the weekends. It's great to know they're so attentive and caring. I feel reassured about my purchase knowing that if I ever have any issues, they'll be there to help.

I bought some makeup stuff from Beauty Bay not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything turned out. The products came super fast, like just 2 days after I ordered them, way quicker than I thought they would. And what's even better is that the prices on Beauty Bay were actually lower than other places I checked out for the same products. It was a nice little bonus!

Total rip-off! They charged me twice for a subscription box and didn't even send it. My wife and I were looking forward to getting those boxes, but they totally scammed us. Be careful with this company, don't bother using their service!

This is just not right. I ordered something that was out of stock and after waiting for 6 weeks, it finally came but it was missing all the pieces needed to put it together. How is that okay? It feels like they don't take responsibility or make sure things are done right. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I just picked up this really cute grey dress and it's honestly AMAZING. It's so comfy and versatile, plus it has pockets! How awesome is that? I also grabbed three bralettes to go with it, and they're super comfy and adorable. I'm 5'7 and about 175lbs, and the medium size for the dress and M/L for the bralettes fit me just right. The quality is excellent, just like in the photos. Shipping was surprisingly quick, even with standard shipping. Excited to shop here again soon!

So, I bought some clothes recently but they didn't turn out how I hoped. When I got them, they smelled bad, like they'd been around smoke or formaldehyde. Plus, some of them didn't fit right - too tight in the shoulders and bust. So, I'm only gonna keep a couple of things. And to top it off, I found out there's a $20 fee to get my money back on my card. This whole thing just bummed me out and I probably won't shop there again.
