    Bought jumpsuit, returned twice

    I got this jumpsuit in the mail and it was all messed up. So now I'm dealing with returning it and getting a new one, but even the replacement was a disaster! Now they're asking me to pay for the return shipping, even though it's not my fault that they keep sending me defective items. It's just not fair and it's really getting on my nerves.

    Daughter's dress purchase

    The dress I bought for my daughter was such a letdown. It had loose threads everywhere and was way too see-through. When I tried to return it, they hit me with a $10.99 processing fee for a supposed "free return." I wish I'd checked out this company before buying from them - I'm really bummed out about how it all went down.

    Processing fee issue

    I had a problem with a processing fee for a return I did lately. They charged me double for the $10.99 fee. The online return form said I'd get a refund of $85.07 after they deduct the fee, but I only got $68.72. I even filed a PayPal dispute, but they sided with the company.

I always get so many compliments when I wear these clothes, it just makes me love them even more.     The shopping experience just isn't the same since the new company took over. The website is all clunky now, making it way harder to find what you're looking for. Delivery takes forever, and the payment options are all different, which is super annoying. Plus, they're sending all these extra flyers and catalogs with the packages, making even more of a mess. Honestly, I'm shopping there way less now than I used to.

    Two items for return

    I got two pieces that ended up looking terrible on me. Thought I should return them, but surprise - can't find the order in my history! Maybe I didn't create an account when I checked out because my memory is terrible. Tried to contact customer service, called the number, and what do you know? "You have reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls. Please try again later." Really? Can't even handle dealing with the return situation now!

    The clothes are really stylish and cool, especially the ones they made with a famous designer. But man, the prices are always steep at $99 for most things, and it's hard to say if they're worth it quality-wise. Shipping can also be a drag, even if you pony up for a membership to speed things up. Returning stuff isn't as simple as it could be, which is a total pain. I wish they had more options for sleeveless tops and light fabrics, and maybe started using more natural materials in their clothes. It would make shopping there a lot better!

    Clearance dress purchase

    I bought this dress on clearance and it was a big letdown. It was super thin and felt like it was made from the cheapest material. Plus, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. When I tried to send it back, I had to deal with this annoying online system that wouldn't accept my order number. I had to call customer service, and they gave me a choice to get my money back on my credit card or as a gift card. I went for the credit card refund, but then I found out they were taking $10.99 out for a processing fee. They didn't tell me about that beforehand and I feel like they pulled a fast one on me. The customer service person didn't even say sorry, just told me it was their policy. That just made me even more upset and cheated. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be shopping there again.

    Don't be fooled by the fancy clothes, this company is a total scam! They sneaky signed me up for a subscription without me even knowing and were charging me $85 a month for almost a whole year. And even when I tried to cancel, they still wanted payment for stuff I picked during the subscription thing. So don't go near this shady company!

    I've been to this store a few times and let me tell you, their clothes are not for the faint of heart! The styles are bold, unique, and really make a statement. I've bought a few things there before and for the most part, I've had a good experience with the quality of their clothing. The materials they use are top-notch and give off a luxury feel. That being said, not every item I've purchased has been a winner. Sometimes I see an outfit on the model and think it'll look great on me, but once I try it on, it's a different story. As an apple shape, I've learned that certain cuts and styles suit me better than others. It's definitely been a trial and error process for me! But when I do find something that flatters my shape, it's a real confidence booster, eh.

    So I ordered these awesome bras from this store, and let me tell you, their service is a nightmare! They sent me a letter saying I owe them money for an order that I never received! Like, seriously?! Then they made me fill out this ridiculous form that I had to send back by regular mail. So frustrating! And they don't even have free returns, like who does that nowadays?! I was really looking forward to getting my new bras, but now I'm just annoyed.

    This was my first time shopping at this store and let me tell you, it's been a complete nightmare! Ever since I hit 'checkout,' things have been going downhill. I thought I scored a great deal on an outfit, but turns out my order didn't go through even though the money was taken from my account. When I reached out to customer service, they just told me to reorder and wait for a refund. Well, I did that and woke up to not just the two new charges, but also some random fee called a back order charge. It was over half the price of the initial order and I had no clue about it! The customer service was so unhelpful, telling me I should have known about the charge. Like, how was I supposed to know if I wasn't given any info? I'm definitely disputing the charges and sending the items back. This store's shady moves and lack of care for customers has really put me off, I won't be shopping here again.

    So, I bought some clothes recently but they didn't turn out how I hoped. When I got them, they smelled bad, like they'd been around smoke or formaldehyde. Plus, some of them didn't fit right - too tight in the shoulders and bust. So, I'm only gonna keep a couple of things. And to top it off, I found out there's a $20 fee to get my money back on my card. This whole thing just bummed me out and I probably won't shop there again.
