Overnight package delivery
I just made a purchase for overnight delivery and paid extra for it, only to be let down when FedEx didn't deliver on time. I was home and ready to get the package, but I never got a notification about a delivery attempt. The company I bought from, Test Clear, didn't do anything to fix things even though it was obvious that FedEx dropped the ball. It's so annoying when a company doesn't have your back when things go wrong.

Bras order
So I ordered these awesome bras from this store, and let me tell you, their service is a nightmare! They sent me a letter saying I owe them money for an order that I never received! Like, seriously?! Then they made me fill out this ridiculous form that I had to send back by regular mail. So frustrating! And they don't even have free returns, like who does that nowadays?! I was really looking forward to getting my new bras, but now I'm just annoyed.

Expert and fast answers
I was honestly really impressed by how fast and spot-on the specialists were in responding to my questions on different subjects like lawyers and CPAs. Also, it was so helpful being able to chat with a doctor about those little nagging health issues I had.
