Dehydrated kit
I tried using synthetic pee and it didn't work. So, I decided to order the dehydrated kit from Test Clear and it worked like a charm. I made sure to use the heat pad, but I accidentally ripped it off before my test. Luckily, my body temp kept the bottle at the correct temperature. I took the test in the waiting room and the temperature was just about 96 degrees.
Drug testing kits
I recently bought some drug testing kits from this company, and honestly, it didn't go so well. Their website said that if I didn't ask for a signature and pay extra, then I'd be responsible for the package getting lost. That bugged me, because I think there should be an option to insure the package for peace of mind. I ordered two kits, but ran into some problems with the delivery. They used FedEx to ship it, and even though it was three days late, they said they couldn't deliver at a time that worked for me. They said I could pay an extra $5 for a signature, but then FedEx didn't even leave a note when they supposedly tried to deliver. I was so frustrated by the lack of customer service, especially considering what the package contained. In the end, the whole thing left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I'll buy from them again.
Overnight package delivery
I just made a purchase for overnight delivery and paid extra for it, only to be let down when FedEx didn't deliver on time. I was home and ready to get the package, but I never got a notification about a delivery attempt. The company I bought from, Test Clear, didn't do anything to fix things even though it was obvious that FedEx dropped the ball. It's so annoying when a company doesn't have your back when things go wrong.
