Drug testing kits
I recently bought some drug testing kits from this company, and honestly, it didn't go so well. Their website said that if I didn't ask for a signature and pay extra, then I'd be responsible for the package getting lost. That bugged me, because I think there should be an option to insure the package for peace of mind. I ordered two kits, but ran into some problems with the delivery. They used FedEx to ship it, and even though it was three days late, they said they couldn't deliver at a time that worked for me. They said I could pay an extra $5 for a signature, but then FedEx didn't even leave a note when they supposedly tried to deliver. I was so frustrated by the lack of customer service, especially considering what the package contained. In the end, the whole thing left me feeling disappointed and unsure if I'll buy from them again.

Premium antivirus purchase
I just bought the premium version of this antivirus software and I gotta say, it's been awesome so far. It's super easy to use and it does a great job at keeping my devices safe from all kinds of online threats. If you're in the market for a solid antivirus that won't break the bank, this one's a winner for sure.
