Dress and shoes
I bought a dress and shoes from this store not too long ago, and boy, was I ever let down. The dress had stitching that was falling apart after just one wear, and the shoes were a nightmare to wear - gave me blisters! When I reached out to customer service to complain, I got no response at all. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten a proper fix for the problem. Total bummer.

I bought some CBD powder from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Dresses without pull down shorts
I bought two dresses from Halara, but they didn't come with the advertised pull-down shorts. I was bummed out because of this and was getting ready to pay for the return shipping. But then, out of the blue, Halara sent me a gift card for a refund without having to go through the trouble of sending the dresses back. I really like that they took the initiative to fix the problem.

Diamond ring purchase
The diamonds in the ring I bought are amazing quality. They're super clear, and the craftsmanship is really impressive. The diamonds shine so bright and people always notice and ask where I got it. I like that there's a warranty in case anything goes wrong, like if a stone comes off, they replace it fast. This company really cares about quality and I'm excited to hand down this special ring to my daughter someday.

Speaker purchase for grandson
I just bought a speaker for my grandson's 12th birthday from this store. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a risk and I'm really happy I did. My grandson set up the speaker in under 5 minutes, proving that kids these days are way better with tech than me! The sound is amazing, and now I'm thinking about getting one for myself too.

Overpriced shipping and return processing
I can't believe how rude this company is! I ordered something and it was way too big, so I had to send it back. But get this - not only did I have to pay for shipping, they also added a crazy $7.95 fee just to process the return. That's a total of $18 just to try on something - talk about unfair! And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it with the "happy returns" code they gave me, the UPS store messed it up. They couldn't even give me a receipt, so I had no way to prove I sent it back. What a waste of time and money! I tried calling Three Bird Nest, but guess what? They don't even have a customer service number. Now I'm stuck with something I don't even want and out of money for no reason at all.

Dehydrated kit
I tried using synthetic pee and it didn't work. So, I decided to order the dehydrated kit from Test Clear and it worked like a charm. I made sure to use the heat pad, but I accidentally ripped it off before my test. Luckily, my body temp kept the bottle at the correct temperature. I took the test in the waiting room and the temperature was just about 96 degrees.
