I ordered something and then they ended up charging my credit card multiple times. Customer service has been trying to explain it to me, but I just can't seem to wrap my head around it. I'm feeling really confused and frustrated right now.

I tried this brand because Google recommended it, but my experience was awful. They advertised domain names for $12 a year, but when I logged in, it was actually $20 a year. On top of that, they won't release my domain even though I've asked them several times. Every time I reach out for a refund or to transfer my domain, I just get unhelpful responses with no solution.
