Coty Stracke

I used to really like this company, but lately, their shipping has been a total disaster. The customer service has gotten so bad, I can't even believe it. The crazy prices for anything other than regular delivery are just plain rude. It's been 12 business days and my order still hasn't shown up. The lack of communication and care from the staff is just not okay.
