Bath products for my little sister
I picked up these bath products for my little sister and they smell amazing! The body wash lathers up nicely and the lotion leaves her skin feeling really soft. She no longer fusses during bath time because the products are gentle on her skin. And they come in cute packaging that makes using them fun. My mom likes that they're made with natural ingredients and are safe for my sister's sensitive skin. We'll definitely be purchasing more Tubby Todd products down the road!

Soundbar issue
The soundbar I bought started sounding all muffled and distorted about a year after I got it. I was pretty bummed out 'cause I had really big expectations for it. I thought the quality was pretty low and the performance overall was not that great. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.

Recent changes by the new company
The shopping experience just isn't the same since the new company took over. The website is all clunky now, making it way harder to find what you're looking for. Delivery takes forever, and the payment options are all different, which is super annoying. Plus, they're sending all these extra flyers and catalogs with the packages, making even more of a mess. Honestly, I'm shopping there way less now than I used to.

Asked me to send a screenshot and logs to figure out the problem. Gave me easy-to-follow steps on how to do it. Once I sent the info over, they fixed the problem without any hiccups. Great service all around - clear instructions and a quick fix.

Winter boots
I bought some winter boots online and chose to pick them up at a nearby store. The whole thing was a letdown. They said I'd get them in 1-4 days, but then I got an email saying there was a delay. I waited and waited for more info, but heard nothing. Finally, after a whole month, I checked in on my order and found out it had been at the store this whole time. I was pretty annoyed with the lack of updates and slow service.

Fitted suit purchase
My first time at the store was amazing. The staff, especially Tovi and Enid, were so helpful and knew their stuff. Tovi did a great job helping me pick the perfect suit for my new job. I was surprised I could even choose a custom lining for the suits, adding a personal touch. When I got the suits, they fit good but I wanted a few changes. Enid really went above and beyond to make them just right, and the fact that the alterations were free was a nice surprise. Overall, going to the store was a really good experience and I'm super happy with what I bought.
