Easter gift case
I ordered an Easter gift case and was hoping to get it within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, it never showed up, which made me feel disappointed and frustrated. But when I reached out to customer service, I talked to Jessica who was really helpful and understanding. She told me the case didn't pass their quality check and needed to be reprinted. Since I wanted it as an Easter gift, I shared my concerns with Jessica. She promised to hurry up the shipping process for me. Finally, it came yesterday, well-packaged with a great design that I loved. Despite the initial problem, the customer service from Jessica was excellent, and I'm happy with how it all turned out. If the service hadn't been so good, I might have given up on the brand altogether.
Cat decal phone case
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and always loved their products, until my recent purchase. I got a phone case with cat decals that looked awesome when it came, but a week later, the decals started peeling and bubbling, making the case look cheap. It was a bummer. But, I have to give props to the customer service team for being quick to respond and giving me a full refund when I emailed them about it. I appreciate the refund, but I'm still disappointed in the drop in product quality. As a long-time customer, I hope they step up their game to keep customers happy in the future.
Stitch laptop case
OMG, just ordered the cutest stitch laptop case to match my phone case and makeup bag from this brand! The quality of their products is amazing, and I'm so excited for my new laptop case to arrive. The TikTok live hosts were so fun and friendly, they even featured the laptop case for me to buy. Big thanks to the lady who did that! Also, Skinny Dipp, can you guys please make a Troy Bolton phone case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max? High School Musical cases would be a total dream for me, I'd buy them all!

I just bought a phone case from this store not too long ago, and after only a month, the camera frame fell off and I ended up losing it. I decided to shoot an email to the customer service team, asking if I could just buy a replacement camera frame. To my surprise, I got a response later that day, and they even sent me a new phone case right away. Their customer service was top-notch, and I really appreciate how quickly they addressed the issue and went the extra mile to make things right.
Smudge-free case replacement
I just got my order from you folks and there were some smudges on the case that I couldn't wipe off. I contacted customer service last night, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Cora first thing this morning. She was amazing and super helpful! She sorted out sending me a replacement item right away, which I really appreciate. Everything went so smoothly, and the customer service was excellent. I'm a satisfied customer!
Custom iPhone case
I ordered a custom iPhone case from this place, and when it arrived, the design was all messed up, and the colors were totally wrong. I was so angry, but then I reached out to customer service. They were really quick to help me out and sent me a new one. Beth was amazing and sorted everything out, so now I'm just waiting to see if the new one is correct this time. Fingers crossed for a better outcome!
Faulty product replacement
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a faulty product I received from an order I placed. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing and really stepped up to help me out. As soon as I reached out to them, they quickly got back to me and organized to send me a replacement product at no extra cost. They even mentioned that they were looking into the issue with the design team. I was super impressed with the level of customer service I got from Skinny Dip.

I ordered some Disney Cars stuff and I got the wrong phone case, not just once but twice. I called customer service and they fixed the problem. They sent me the right case. Beth, the customer service rep, was really nice and helpful the whole time.
