Easter gift case
I ordered an Easter gift case and was hoping to get it within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, it never showed up, which made me feel disappointed and frustrated. But when I reached out to customer service, I talked to Jessica who was really helpful and understanding. She told me the case didn't pass their quality check and needed to be reprinted. Since I wanted it as an Easter gift, I shared my concerns with Jessica. She promised to hurry up the shipping process for me. Finally, it came yesterday, well-packaged with a great design that I loved. Despite the initial problem, the customer service from Jessica was excellent, and I'm happy with how it all turned out. If the service hadn't been so good, I might have given up on the brand altogether.
Cat decal phone case
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and always loved their products, until my recent purchase. I got a phone case with cat decals that looked awesome when it came, but a week later, the decals started peeling and bubbling, making the case look cheap. It was a bummer. But, I have to give props to the customer service team for being quick to respond and giving me a full refund when I emailed them about it. I appreciate the refund, but I'm still disappointed in the drop in product quality. As a long-time customer, I hope they step up their game to keep customers happy in the future.
High School Musical phone case
I just got this awesome High School Musical phone case from the store, I've been wanting it for a long time! I was so excited when I saw they finally had this design available. It's clear they pay attention to what we want and care about making us happy. The phone case is really well made and it fits my phone perfectly. I'm grateful for the hard work and passion the team put into making my dream phone case a reality. I'll definitely keep supporting and buying from them in the future. Hopefully they'll add more High School Musical cases to their collection soon!
Faulty phone cases
My time at Skinny Dip was a bit of a bumpy ride. At first, I was stoked to get my order, but sadly, the two phone cases I bought just didn't fit right and were defective. I really like buying phone cases from this store, they always make my phone look so cute! The last one I got started to peel off, but the customer service was really great. I bought a phone case from this store and it came with a flaw. But the customer service was amazing and they fixed the problem right away. I've bought phone cases from other places in the past, but the ones from here seem to be more durable and stay in better shape. Plus, the designs are way more appealing than others I've come across.

I ordered a custom iPhone case from this place, and when it arrived, the design was all messed up, and the colors were totally wrong. I was so angry, but then I reached out to customer service. Even though it's thinner than I thought, it still does a good job protecting my phone.

I ordered some Disney Cars stuff and I got the wrong phone case, not just once but twice. I called customer service and they fixed the problem. They sent me the right case. Beth, the customer service rep, was really nice and helpful the whole time.
Three tshirts
I just bought three tshirts and man, the cotton quality is amazing and the designs are so cool. But, one of the shirts had a badly done embroidery - they forgot to take off the protector material and now there are white marks all over it. I paid good money for these, so I was really hoping for better attention to detail. It's too bad because the other two shirts were flawless, but the one with the mistake really brought down the whole experience for me.
