Custom iPhone case
I ordered a custom iPhone case from this place, and when it arrived, the design was all messed up, and the colors were totally wrong. I was so angry, but then I reached out to customer service. They were really quick to help me out and sent me a new one. Beth was amazing and sorted everything out, so now I'm just waiting to see if the new one is correct this time. Fingers crossed for a better outcome!

Haynes manual
I just got a Haynes manual online the other day. Was kinda bummed when I found out it was only available online, but overall, I was pretty happy with it. I'm a big fan of Haynes and Chilton manuals 'cause they give you all those detailed directions and cautions. Sometimes they might skip over some important stuff, but the torque specs for each section and the initial tool and troubleshooting guides really come in handy.

Clothing return policies
I gotta say, the return policies for clothing at this store are awesome. I really like that they give you options if something doesn't fit. Being able to get a full refund or store credit is a fantastic benefit that I'll definitely use in the future. It's nice to know that if something doesn't work out, I have choices to fix it. All in all, I'm really happy with the return policies at this store.

It's so great to see that the company has such fantastic people like him working there. The speakers are really good quality and the service I received was top-notch.

Prescription glasses
I recently got a pair of prescription glasses from this company and had a really tough time. The online chat was slow and not very helpful, the 800 number didn't let me talk to a real person, and texting didn't work either. When the glasses showed up, the prescription was right, but the arms were all crooked, which made the lenses wonky and impossible to wear. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but couldn't get the issue resolved or get a refund. Dealing with this took me 3.5 hours, and it was really stressful, especially since I needed those glasses urgently in between my cancer treatments. The lack of actual human interaction and good customer service was disappointing and just made things harder. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
