Poor quality products, difficult return process, high shipping fees
I am so upset about the stuff I bought from this site. The return process has been a total nightmare - weeks of back and forth and still no solution in sight. Customer service is just awful, and they're hitting me with crazy high postage fees that I won't get back in full. They even mentioned a big chunk would be taken out for shipping when they refund me, so returning my £100 order doesn't seem worth the trouble. The most they've offered is a lousy 20% partial refund, which is just ridiculous.
Clothing items online
I'm really frustrated with my recent online shopping experience for clothes. I placed an order, paid for it, but never got my stuff. The customer service folks say they tried to deliver it but couldn't, so it got sent back. Now they want me to pay extra to some sketchy PayPal account for another delivery. All I really want now is a refund of $108 AUD.
Clothing items; exchange request for items that did not fit
I just bought some clothes from this company, eh, and they didn't all fit me right. So, I reached out to their customer service team and asked for an exchange. They were cool about it and gave me a credit for the items. It was a bit of a pain, but I thought it was a fair way to handle things. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, making everything easy peasy. Plus, the other stuff I got in my order fit perfectly and were the right size. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, eh.
Variety of items
I recently bought some stuff from this online store that sells a bunch of different things. Most of my order showed up quickly and in great shape. Unfortunately, one item was actually out of stock even though I had already placed my order. But the customer service crew got in touch with me right away to let me know what was up and gave me the option to pick something else from their store. I thought it was super cool how they took the lead in dealing with the problem and kept me updated on when the item would be back in stock. As soon as it was available, they sent it out to me without delay. I also had an issue with the size of one of the items, but the customer service team was speedy in helping me out and finding a solution that worked for me. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service I got and the quality of the items was even better than I expected. I'll definitely be thinking about buying from them again in the future.
Cute outfits
I just bought some really cute outfits recently. I was happy with how fast they arrived and the nice quality of the clothes. But I did have a little problem with one of the items. Thankfully, the customer service team was super quick to help me out and solve the issue. Overall, I'm happy with how my shopping experience went and I'll definitely be shopping there again in the future.
Multiple items ordered, only a few match the pictures.
I ordered twelve items but only a couple actually matched the photos on the website. The colors and patterns were totally off, and the sizes were all mixed up. Customer service was no help whatsoever – they wouldn't take back the items without me covering the shipping costs, even though they were clearly faulty. On top of that, they wanted to subtract the original shipping fees from my refund for the defective items. It's ridiculous!
clothing, jewelry, and hair accessories
I recently bought some clothes, jewelry, and hair accessories from this online store, and honestly, I was super disappointed with what I got. None of the stuff looked like it did in the pictures on the website, and the quality was just terrible. The clothes were all made from this thick, scratchy material that felt like a cheap tablecloth from the dollar store. And let me tell you, the shirts were so noisy when I moved around in them, it drove me crazy. The jewelry and hair accessories weren't much better in terms of quality. Basically, I would suggest being careful if you're thinking of buying from this company, because what I got was basically just a bunch of junk.

Wow, that customer service was amazing! I ordered some dresses and boots, but they ended up sending me the wrong boots that were supposed to be for lining. I tried emailing them, but all they did was ask for pictures of the wrong items. How do you even take a picture of material quality? So frustrating! I ended up reaching out to them on Facebook and spent an hour searching online for contact details. Finally found a phone number and called them. The customer service rep was super helpful and quickly sorted out my return and refund. Thanks for your help - their customer service was so polite and efficient!
A few summer tops
So I ordered a bunch of cute tops for summer, and, man, they were just perfect! They fit me like a glove and were so comfy to wear. But then, I decided to get a few more tops, and what do you know? They never arrived because I messed up my postal code. The customer service team was amazing, though. They really helped me track down my package, stayed in touch with me, and even sent it out again. I'll definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future!

I just bought some clothes online and man, there were so many options! It was great having lots of colours to choose from for each piece of clothing. The four t-shirts I got are pretty good quality and I'm happy with my purchase.
"Misleading shipping times"
The clothes on this site looked really cool and fun, so I thought I would treat myself. But man, what a letdown! I made my order after finding some stuff I liked on the website. But ya know what? Not only did it take forever to get to me, but when it finally did, it wasn't even what I chose! They didn't keep me in the loop about my order at all, and I paid extra for fast shipping only to wait and wait. I've bought heaps of stuff online, from fancy stores to cheaper ones, but this was just terrible. I don't even care if my order ever shows up now, and I definitely won't be buying from here again. Good luck to anyone else who gives it a shot!
cute clothes
Oh man, I usually never write reviews, but I had to share my experience ordering from this site! I got the cutest clothes and was super stoked to receive them. Unfortunately, the delivery guy messed up my package. I was so bummed out, but when I reached out to customer service, they were really kind and helpful! They sorted out the issue quickly and my clothes arrived in no time. I was really pleased with how they handled everything!

But the customer service team let me pick a different item, even though it was a bit more expensive. And they didn't charge me extra for it, they just made the switch without any problems. When my order arrived, I was happy to see that everything looked just like it did on the website, and the quality was even better than I expected. It took about 2 weeks for my order to arrive, but they kept me updated with a tracking number as soon as I picked my replacement item. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and I would definitely shop here again.
Sweater purchase
The clothing selection at this store is just so cute and fun to look through. I recently got a sweater from there but it got lost by the shipping company because of an address mix-up. I called customer service right away, and they've been super helpful and quick to respond. They've been keeping in touch with me constantly, working hard to fix the problem and sending me a new sweater right away. They've kept me informed every step of the way, and I got a new sweater that I really love. The quality of the sweater is fantastic, and I've already gotten lots of compliments on it.

The clothes I bought for my vacation were amazing. The bathing suits and sundresses fit perfectly and were really nice. I was so happy with the choices and I'm looking forward to wearing them on my trip.
Stylish clothing made only of polyester🤔
I gotta say, I was totally into the cool styles of the clothes they had, but man was I let down to see that everything I liked was all polyester. It would be awesome if they had some choices in other fabrics for us folks who like natural materials. Hopefully down the line, they start offering a variety of fabric options to please more customers.
