I am so upset about the stuff I bought from this site. The return process has been a total nightmare - weeks of back and forth and still no solution in sight. Customer service is just awful, and they're hitting me with crazy high postage fees that I won't get back in full. They even mentioned a big chunk would be taken out for shipping when they refund me, so returning my £100 order doesn't seem worth the trouble. The most they've offered is a lousy 20% partial refund, which is just ridiculous.

I just bought some clothes from this company, eh, and they didn't all fit me right. So, I reached out to their customer service team and asked for an exchange. They were cool about it and gave me a credit for the items. It was a bit of a pain, but I thought it was a fair way to handle things. The customer service folks were really nice and helpful, making everything easy peasy. Plus, the other stuff I got in my order fit perfectly and were the right size. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, eh.

I ordered twelve items but only a couple actually matched the photos on the website. The colors and patterns were totally off, and the sizes were all mixed up. Customer service was no help whatsoever – they wouldn't take back the items without me covering the shipping costs, even though they were clearly faulty. On top of that, they wanted to subtract the original shipping fees from my refund for the defective items. It's ridiculous!

I just bought some shoes online, but they didn't fit right, eh. So I sent an email to customer service, and I gotta say, they were really quick to respond and super helpful! They worked hard to fix the problem and sent me the right size right away. I really appreciated their friendly and efficient service, eh.
