Easter gift case
I ordered an Easter gift case and was hoping to get it within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, it never showed up, which made me feel disappointed and frustrated. But when I reached out to customer service, I talked to Jessica who was really helpful and understanding. She told me the case didn't pass their quality check and needed to be reprinted. Since I wanted it as an Easter gift, I shared my concerns with Jessica. She promised to hurry up the shipping process for me. Finally, it came yesterday, well-packaged with a great design that I loved. Despite the initial problem, the customer service from Jessica was excellent, and I'm happy with how it all turned out. If the service hadn't been so good, I might have given up on the brand altogether.
