My time at Skinny Dip was a bit of a bumpy ride. At first, I was stoked to get my order, but sadly, the two phone cases I bought just didn't fit right and were defective. But when I reached out to customer service, I was blown away. Beth, the rep I chatted with, was amazing. She quickly tackled my problem, gave me some options, and shipped out replacements in a flash.
