My recent buy of a bikini bottom was a total letdown. It was obviously a return, which is just not cool. Plus, the packaging was pretty bad too. But when I reached out to customer service, Georgie really came through! She quickly gave me a refund for the item and shipping.

I bought a body scan scale from this company recently and I have to say, it's been a huge letdown. I shelled out $400 for it, only for it to stop working properly after just 6 months. The body fat measurements would go all over the place every day. I tried resetting it several times, but no luck. When I contacted customer support for help, they just told me to check the FAQs and troubleshooting guides, which I had already tried. It's obvious there's a problem with the scale, but the company's support is just not there. The way they treat customers is just terrible.

I was really let down by the clumpy mascara I bought recently. I was hoping it would be great, but it was a total waste of money. It was so clumpy that it was super hard to put on nicely. I had to take it off and start again, which was annoying and took forever. I thought this brand would be better, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed.
