    Smartwatch purchase

    I've been using this smartwatch for a few months now, but I think I might have to switch to a different brand. The design and battery life are awesome, but I've been having some problems with the watch app and keeping track of my activities. I find myself having to reset the watch all the time, which is annoying when I just want to get my workout started quickly. Also, the calorie tracking during exercises seems off since it doesn't factor in my heart rate. This has caused some inconsistencies in the calorie readings for the same exercises, even when my heart rate and the duration are similar.

    Scale broken feet

    I bought some scales a while back and they were working great, but then, out of nowhere, one of the feet fell off and it broke. I reached out to ask where I could buy new feet, and they ended up giving me a discount code for free replacement ones. So now I've got brand new feet for my scales, no charge. That's the end of the story.

    Awesome Scantwatch 2 with great customer service

    The customer service was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I rely on the Scantwatch 2 every day, even at night, and it's amazing. I deal with heart problems, high blood pressure, and low oxygen levels in my blood, so being able to monitor and control these issues with this device is a game-changer for me. I really appreciate their focus on data protection, and I think they're doing a fantastic job. Plus, I like that the gadget doesn't have its own GPS module, giving me the choice to track my route or not. Both options work for me.

    So, eh, I had to get a new smartwatch to replace my old one that crapped out on me because of some tech problems, you know? And get this - it cost me 175,00 €! Like, seriously, that's not cool. I'm pretty peeved about it. Ugh.

    My old watch was great for over three years, but then the side button had a problem. Customer service was really quick and helpful when I reached out. Since my old watch was out of warranty and couldn't be fixed, they gave me a good deal on a new one. I just got my new ScanWatch 2 and it's even better than the old one. Really happy with the product and the great customer service.

    I bought the Body Cardio scales about 14 months ago and it just decided to stop working right after the warranty expired. I tried all the troubleshooting tricks in the FAQs but no luck. I couldn't find any customer support to help me out with the problem. It's really frustrating to have a product that I spent almost $200 on only last for less than 2 years.

    My Body Cardio scales just stopped working after only 4 years, barely even used them. Customer service couldn't fix them, just offered 50% off a new product that might not last either. Rod in customer service was somewhat helpful, but overall, not worth the money. Better off getting regular scales that are cheaper and last longer. Wouldn't recommend any of their products due to their poor quality service.

    My Scan Watch started falling apart after 2 years, but Withings took care of it without any issue, eh. They covered the postage to send back the old one and sent me a brand new replacement swiftly, eh. The whole process was seamless and hassle-free, eh. Their customer service was top-notch, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue, eh. I appreciated being able to contact them directly via email, instead of dealing with confusing online forms, eh. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and thankful for their excellent service, eh.

    Multiple purchases of scales, BP monitors, and sleep pads

    The Withings products are really great when it comes to quality and how well they work. But, there are some big problems with connecting them and getting software updates. For example, setting up the scale to work with my home Wi-Fi took me a frustrating 4 hours to figure out. And don't even get me started on the Withings app - it's probably the worst one I've ever tried. Some parts of it don't update like they should, and having accurate historical data is super important if you want to track your progress.

    The blood pressure monitor from this company is great, eh? It gives me accurate data on my blood pressure levels. It's super easy to use and convenient for keeping an eye on my health at home. My unit did break down out of the blue, but the customer support team was on it and got it replaced quickly.     I bought the ScanWatch2 because I wanted to keep track of my oxygen levels, but it turns out it doesn't have that feature. I've been in touch with customer service several times in the past two weeks, but they haven't been able to help me at all. They keep telling me to resync the watch and do different checks, but nothing seems to work. It's really frustrating trying to get this thing to work like they said it would, and it feels like I wasted my money on something that doesn't do what I need it to. I'm disappointed that I haven't gotten a refund or any real help despite trying so many times to fix the problem.
