Language learning app
I started using this language learning app to practice Greek every day, but I soon realized there were a lot of grammar mistakes. Even after checking my grammar book, I still found errors, especially with verbs. I tried reporting a mistake once, but they just said they would report it and the errors kept popping up. It's frustrating because the app is great for speaking practice, but the grammar issues are really holding it back.

Faulty product replacement
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a faulty product I received from an order I placed. Luckily, the customer service team was amazing and really stepped up to help me out. As soon as I reached out to them, they quickly got back to me and organized to send me a replacement product at no extra cost. They even mentioned that they were looking into the issue with the design team. I was super impressed with the level of customer service I got from Skinny Dip.

I recently tried out TaskRabbit for some help and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. Chatting with the Tasker through the app was quick and easy, making it simple to tell them what I needed. All in all, I thought the whole thing went really smoothly and without any stress.
