I got this super gorgeous coat from a store, and they sent it over from another city. But turns out, it was way too big for me. Even though the return policy had expired because I got sick, they still gave me a refund. And they even found a coat in my size! Frederikke at the store gave such amazing service.

I recently ordered a necklace and had a really bad experience. The customer service was super sarcastic and not helpful at all, which was a huge letdown. To top it off, the necklace didn't even show up when it was supposed to, and after reading some other reviews, I'm worried about the quality of the product. My daughter is really upset because her Christmas gift won't arrive on time. All in all, I'm really unhappy with my experience with this company.

The prices are way too high for what you get. And don't even get me started on trying to return something from overseas and getting stuck with the return shipping bill. Yeah, the styles are nice, but they're just not worth the crazy expensive price they're asking for.

I just bought some stuff and the shipping was fast and on point. The sizes were right, which was awesome because I usually have issues with that when shopping online. When I had to return something because of the size, the customer service was really helpful and gave me a few choices for how I could get refunded, which was great. The pants I got are top-notch quality and super comfy to wear. I'm happy with my purchase and will for sure buy more stuff later on.

I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped! Every time I contact customer service, they say it will be on its way in 1-2 days, but it never happens. I feel like I'm talking to a robot because they never answer my questions. I wanted to give the item as a gift, but now I'm super upset.
