    I'm sorry to say, but my experience with the online shopping service was terrible. The customer service was no help at all, which was really frustrating. I ended up having to dispute the charge with Paypal. And even after sending back the item, I still haven't gotten my refund.

    Cool clothes

    I bought some really nice clothes from them, but ordering off their website was just not a great experience. My orders were always late, and sometimes they would even get cancelled but still end up shipping anyways. Returns took forever, the stock status was always wrong, and even though the customer service was friendly, they couldn't really solve any problems. It was definitely frustrating, for sure.

    Well, my recent experience with this store wasn't all that great. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, but their customer service really let me down this time. I found a pair of jeans on sale at other stores and asked if they could match the price. They said yes in an email, so I called to place my order right away. However, the rep put me on hold a bunch of times, played some terrible hold music, and then changed their mind. They said they thought I was talking about different jeans, even though I made it clear which ones I wanted. I tried to push for the lower price since it was available elsewhere, but no luck. This whole thing left me really frustrated and like they didn't value me as a customer.

    The customer service at this store is pretty bad. I bought some stuff from their sale and had a bunch of problems. They couldn't handle the orders properly, so things got delayed and mixed up. Plus, their communication was not great - I didn't even get an order confirmation and their email replies took forever.     I don't usually write reviews, but I had to talk about my recent experience with the customer service at the store. I ordered something that said it was in stock, but after waiting 10 days, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. It took another 8 days for the refund to go through, which was frustrating. The lack of communication and slow problem-solving was disappointing. I really hope they do better with customer service going forward.

    I always have good experiences when I shop at this store. Whether I go to the actual store or buy stuff online, I'm always happy with the service and what they have to offer. Their website is easy to use and they have a good selection of sizes for things you might not find in the store. Last time I went to a store, a nice lady named Eva helped me out a lot. I've also gotten some really good deals during their sales on some really nice stuff.

    Oh my goodness, I just ordered this really awesome baseball cap online and it came super quickly! I received it just 3 days after ordering, all the way from a different country. And the best part is, shipping was free! Acne is definitely my go-to for fast shipping and great clothes.

    I bought some jeans and they ended up being too small, even though they were supposed to fit me perfectly. When I asked for a different pair, they made me measure everything and then only gave me a discount on a new pair. Seriously not cool!

    Leather shoes for my friend

    Hey, so guess what? I ordered these super cute leather shoes for my friend and I was so excited to give them to her. I got the package on the same day, which was pretty cool, but when I opened it, I was totally shocked. One of the shoes looked like it had been through way too much. The numbers and letters inside were almost all gone, and the sole looked like someone painted it with their eyes closed or something. It was like see-through paint with dry paint chunks all over it. I got them for $380 on sale, but the original price was $600. Can you believe that?! Such a rip-off for that bad quality. I tried reaching out to customer service and even sent them pics of how bad the shoes were, but no response. Like, seriously? I was thinking of getting sneakers from them but now I'm not sure if I want to fork out $500 for something that could turn out to be trash. Ugh.

    Denim jacket and graphic t-shirt

    I have to say, ordering directly from this place was super easy and quick. The website worked great, and my denim jacket and graphic t-shirt arrived pretty quickly. They were really well-made and just the right mix of fancy and casual. Honestly, I think some of the negative reviews I've read are from people who just couldn't handle the prices, bought one thing, and are now regretting it. That's just my opinion. That graphic t-shirt is now a key piece in my wardrobe, and whenever I wear it, I feel like a total rock star. Overall, I really had a great time shopping with this brand.

    Sweatshirt and beanie order

    Oh my gosh, it's so frustrating! I ordered a sweatshirt and a beanie from them, but can you believe it? They only sent me the beanie and the sweatshirt got cancelled. I was like, seriously? So, I decided to give it another shot. I ordered another sweatshirt a week later, checked the website and it said it was in stock. But nope, they cancelled my order AGAIN without giving me any heads up. It's just so irritating!

    I got this super gorgeous coat from a store, and they sent it over from another city. But turns out, it was way too big for me. Even though the return policy had expired because I got sick, they still gave me a refund. And they even found a coat in my size! Frederikke at the store gave such amazing service.

    Leather jacket

    I recently bought a leather jacket from this store, and sadly, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for. It was supposed to be a gift, but the person who got it wasn't happy with it. I got in touch with customer service right away to sort out a return, but that's where things got tricky. Even though I live in Canada and got the package in Canada, all the communication with customer service was only in English. They said I had to wait for a return label, but I never got it. When I followed up by email, they said it was too late because the deadline had passed. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got the return label the next day. The whole thing was really inconvenient and left me feeling pretty let down by the whole customer service experience.

    Hey there, so I was a bit unsure at first because of some not-so-great reviews, but man, let me tell you, my experience was fantastic! The customer service team was just amazing - they were quick to respond on chat and phone, and surprisingly patient with my mix of broken French and English. They even went the extra mile by sending me measurements of another jacket I was eyeing through email. And when it comes to delivery, my jacket arrived super quickly from Sweden to Canada in just 4 days, and was nicely packaged. Honestly, I don't get why some people are being negative in their comments. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here. Thanks a lot!
