The customer service at this store is pretty bad. I bought some stuff from their sale and had a bunch of problems. They couldn't handle the orders properly, so things got delayed and mixed up. Plus, their communication was not great - I didn't even get an order confirmation and their email replies took forever. Trying to call them was a nightmare, which just made my shopping experience even more frustrating.
