Address update mistake
I totally forgot to update my address with the company after I moved because I don't really buy stuff from them often. Their cartridges last longer than the ones from the actual brand, so that's why I stick with them. But when I got the confirmation of my order, I finally noticed my mistake. I had to wait on hold for a bit with their 800 number customer service, but I left a voicemail and they got back to me real quick. They took the charge off my credit card and got my reorder sorted out without any hassle.

I've been a customer for more than a year, and I gotta say, the electronic gadgets I got from this company have really impressed me. They're top-notch quality and have been working great for me. Just recently, I ran into some problems with one of the gadgets, so I contacted customer service for help. The customer service team was quick, helpful, and they fixed my issue right away. I'm happy with the customer service I got from this company.

Never received item
What a disaster! The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. Can you believe the CEO is so out of touch, or is it just an act? How is it even possible that my item never showed up? I had to go through all the trouble of calling my bank and reporting it as fraud. It's just ridiculous!

I just bought a waterproof and shockproof case for my iPhone from PRO Shot, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. The case fits my phone perfectly and gives great protection against water and bumps, so I can take pics and videos in all kinds of crazy situations without stressing about wrecking my device. I've tried it out while swimming, biking, and even skiing, and it's done an awesome job every time. Flower bulbs order
I recently bought some flower bulbs from this company, but I was really disappointed with my order. Their customer service was not good at all – I sent them a bunch of emails about my delivery problems, but they never got back to me. When I got my first delivery, I saw that some of the bulbs were all loose in the box, not in the soil like they should be. Turns out the delivery people had stuck the label on the wrong side of the box, so everything got messed up. And to top it off, my second delivery didn't even come with the wicker basket that was in the pictures – it was pretty misleading.

I gotta say, ordering checks was so easy and convenient. I just picked out the design I liked, entered my info, and boom, all done. When the checks showed up, I was pleasantly surprised - they looked sharp, neat, and super profesh. The quality really impressed me. Exchanging currency
This place calling themselves a currency exchange service is quite the joke. Can't even manage to credit my account after a simple exchange. The service here was absolutely terrible. Huge fees charged and now I've been waiting 16 hours for them to credit my account with the exchanged funds. When I contacted support, all I got was the same scripted response about "finance is investigating." Feels like they're just playing games with my money, and it's super frustrating. If you value your time and money, definitely avoid this place.
