I thought the return process would be easy, but it's been a nightmare. The art I got wasn't what I wanted, so I went online to return it. But there was no clear option for returns on the website. I felt like I was searching for a needle in a haystack, clicking all over the place. I tried chatting with customer support, and they said they'd send me a shipping label, but it's been two days and still no label. This whole thing feels shady and dishonest.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to talk about my recent experience with the customer service at the store. I ordered something that said it was in stock, but after waiting 10 days, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. It took another 8 days for the refund to go through, which was frustrating. The lack of communication and slow problem-solving was disappointing. I really hope they do better with customer service going forward.

The seeds I got from that store were such a letdown. The Turkish cap seeds I got hardly sprouted at all, and the ones that did look like they're not even what I wanted. I think they might be Gerbera daisies or burdock, not what I was aiming for. The germination rate for all the seeds was awful, the best at just 50%. I planted pigeon berries, lemons, mint, and prairie verbena seeds, and while some of them started to grow a bit, I'm not sure if they're really what I thought they were.

I just bought some I/O trainers on sale but had to return them because the shoelace holes were bothering me. The customer service was really helpful and sorted out my return quickly. They were also great at answering my questions before I bought them. The shoes were actually really good quality, just that one problem stopped me from keeping them. I wish I could have kept them though because they were perfect for what I needed.
