Probiotic order
As a customer looking to buy a probiotic, I was thinking of ordering from one company at first. But after doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to check out other options. It's important for me to get a good product that can help my health, especially because I've had issues with my digestion like IBS and a recent infection in my small intestine. When I found out that a lot of people had bad experiences with that specific brand, I got a bit unsure about buying from them. I know that everyone's different, but all those complaints about not working well and bad customer service made me wary. In the end, I think it's best to focus on quality and trustworthiness when picking a probiotic supplement.

I bought the things my nutritionist recommended from this online store. It was good at first, but then they started charging me every month without my permission. They didn't mention that would happen, which is sneaky and not cool. I'm still waiting to see if the products actually work, but I won't be purchasing from them again. Tricking customers is not acceptable.
Probiotics purchase
I bought this product from the store thinking it would help my health and digestion. But after using it for a month, I didn't really see any big changes. Even though it looked nice and had eco-friendly refill options, it didn't do what I thought it would. It was expensive, so I expected more. And trying to cancel my subscription was a pain because I couldn't find the "cancel" button on the website easily.
Bought seeds, never got them
I ordered some seeds and was waiting for them to come in the mail. But they never showed up, even though the tracking number they gave me was no good. I tried getting in touch with them multiple times, but they never got back to me. Feels like they scammed me and disappeared with my money!
Shoes made my feet swollen
So, I bought these shoes from a store, and after a week, my feet started getting all big and puffy! I thought it was just my feet being weird or something, so I wore them for two more days. But then I realized it was the shoes making my feet swell up! So I stopped wearing them, and it took like two days for my feet to go back to normal. And now the store won't give me my money back! They keep trying to make me keep the shoes and not refund my money! This whole pay-every-month thing is not cool for customers like me. There are better and cheaper shoes out there, so don't waste your money on these ones, eh.
Seeds not germinating
I've been a customer of yours for a long time now and I recently bought some seeds that just didn't grow like they were supposed to. I did everything right when trying to get them to germinate, but I was told that it must have been something wrong with the environment and that I couldn't get a refund. I was pretty disappointed and upset about this, especially since I've had good experiences with your company before. The customer service attitude lacking in empathy and understanding was really disheartening. I don't think I'll be buying from you guys again.
Turks cap seeds mislabeled as Turk's cap
The seeds I got from that store were such a letdown. The Turkish cap seeds I got hardly sprouted at all, and the ones that did look like they're not even what I wanted. I think they might be Gerbera daisies or burdock, not what I was aiming for. The germination rate for all the seeds was awful, the best at just 50%. I planted pigeon berries, lemons, mint, and prairie verbena seeds, and while some of them started to grow a bit, I'm not sure if they're really what I thought they were.
Actress product
Even though the actress was a bit distracting with all her hand movements, the product itself is actually pretty good. The packaging looked really nice and the product worked just like they said it would. But that video with the actress promoting it was kind of weird and could have been done better. In the end, I was happy with the product but they could definitely work on their marketing.
Subscription charges
I was totally shocked by the shady stuff this company was pulling. I never even bought anything from them, but they kept charging my account for a subscription I never signed up for. When I tried to contact their customer service for an explanation, I was stuck on hold for two hours, which was just not cool. And then, when I finally got a reply to my email, it wasn't even addressing the issue - they just added me to their spam list. Crazy, right?

This probiotic is amazing! I've been using it for 6 months and it's been a game-changer. My GERD symptoms are almost gone, I'm feeling more regular, and my bloating has gone way down. I wasn't even trying to lose weight, but I've lost 20 pounds thanks to this little powerhouse. SEED is the way to go, forget about other brands like Garden of Life!

I bought some seeds to plant from your store not too long ago. I did everything just like the instructions said, and I waited and waited for them to start growing. But after a few weeks, there was still no sign of anything happening. I tried to contact your customer service using the email address they gave, but it didn't work - it bounced back as if it didn't even exist. I was pretty let down by the lack of communication and help from your side.

Probiotic pills purchase
Don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on these probiotic pills! The ads made them seem great, but the truth is they were a total disappointment. When I checked what was inside, there was no probiotic stuff at all, just a bit of inulin (which can make you pee more). No wonder they didn't do anything! Everyone knows probiotics have to be kept cold to actually work, and these pills definitely didn't meet that standard. Save your money and find a better probiotic somewhere else.
Mistakenly placed order, unable to cancel
This company is the worst to deal with, eh? I made a mistake and ordered something by accident and wanted to cancel it right away, but couldn't find that option on their website. I tried getting in touch with their customer service team by phone and email, but didn't hear back from them at all. Even after many tries to cancel the order, they still charged me $53.11 on my card. It's so annoying to be ignored like this, especially when it's about your own money, eh?
Algae packaging with reusable glass jars
I received my first package a couple days after ordering and I was really impressed with the quality of the algae packaging. It sets a good example for other companies to be more sustainable. They even added two reusable glass jars, which was a nice bonus. I bought it on a recommendation and I'm happy I did. Thanks a lot!
Two weeks of taking the product
So I gave this thing a shot for two weeks, and oh my goodness, it was awful! All I experienced were terrible side effects like really bad gas and bloating. It was so disgusting! In the first week, I also felt incredibly nauseous. And the main reason I tried this was to avoid feeling bloated, what a disappointment! I'll try it out for another two months and let you know if things improve.
Difficult to swallow pills
The product is good, but man, it's so hard to swallow! Even though I think the pills work well, I have a tough time actually taking them because they're so light. It's a struggle every day as I try to swallow them without choking or gagging - they always seem to get stuck in my throat. This doesn't happen with any other pills I've tried before. I push through the discomfort every morning, but if this keeps up, I might have to stop using them.
Subscription service charge

3-month subscription
The product is good, but this company is a mess. Customer service is terrible, shipping is a joke, they made unauthorized charges on my card, don't do refunds properly, and their subscription service is a complete rip-off. I've ordered three times now and it's been a nightmare each time. It's so annoying to pay $22 for shipping to Germany and then wait over 4 weeks for my package to come. The lack of communication and slow responses are not okay. Seed really needs to do better and focus on what their customers need instead of just social media.
