I bought the things my nutritionist recommended from this online store. It was good at first, but then they started charging me every month without my permission. They didn't mention that would happen, which is sneaky and not cool. I'm still waiting to see if the products actually work, but I won't be purchasing from them again. Tricking customers is not acceptable.

I was totally shocked by the shady stuff this company was pulling. I never even bought anything from them, but they kept charging my account for a subscription I never signed up for. When I tried to contact their customer service for an explanation, I was stuck on hold for two hours, which was just not cool. And then, when I finally got a reply to my email, it wasn't even addressing the issue - they just added me to their spam list. Crazy, right?

This acne cream is seriously like magic for my skin! I could see a big difference in just a few days, and I'm honestly so happy about it. But the best part was how awesome their customer service was. I messed up my order and didn't even notice at first. When I reached out, instead of getting mad at me, they were really chill about it. They said they'd update their website to make things clearer for everyone, gave me a refund for the extra I paid by mistake, and even threw in a little something extra for free with my next order. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I'm definitely sticking with them as a customer for life now because of their incredible service!

I signed up for this subscription thing and everything seemed awesome, but then they charged me for a month I didn't even ask for. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but heard nothing back. To top it off, a few months ago they charged my card without even sending me the product. The way the customer service team is handling this is just not cool. It's too bad because the product is really good, but I'll for sure be telling others to shop somewhere else.

The product is good, but this company is a mess. Customer service is terrible, shipping is a joke, they made unauthorized charges on my card, don't do refunds properly, and their subscription service is a complete rip-off. I've ordered three times now and it's been a nightmare each time. It's so annoying to pay $22 for shipping to Germany and then wait over 4 weeks for my package to come. The lack of communication and slow responses are not okay. Seed really needs to do better and focus on what their customers need instead of just social media.
