Returns & RefundsThis company is the worst to deal with, eh? I made a mistake and ordered something by accident and wanted to cancel it right away, but couldn't find that option on their website. I tried getting in touch with their customer service team by phone and email, but didn't hear back from them at all. Even after many tries to cancel the order, they still charged me $53.11 on my card. It's so annoying to be ignored like this, especially when it's about your own money, eh?
