Cancelled order without notification
My recent purchase got cancelled out of nowhere, leaving me really confused because I was really looking forward to getting my shipment. When I noticed that they hadn't charged me, I reached out to customer service to find out what happened. The person I talked to was able to clear things up and fix the problem pretty quickly. But I think it would have been better if they had let me know the reason for the cancellation ahead of time.
Quick delivery and well-packaged order
I made a purchase not too long ago and I was really happy with how fast it got to me and how well it was packed. But I did run into a small problem with a refund and a charge on my card that kinda confused me. Even with that little hiccup, my experience with the Canadian site was good and it made me feel better, especially after hearing some not so great things about the US site.
Terrible customer service
My time with this store was a total letdown. I've been waiting for two weeks and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. On top of that, I got double-charged for no reason, even after showing them my credit card statement. The customer service folks weren't much help and wouldn't even let me talk to a manager, saying there was only one of them in the whole country. The lack of communication and responsibility was just so frustrating and not okay.
Lipsticks on sale
I bought a bunch of lipsticks on sale from your website and was totally bummed out by the experience. The customer service and product quality control were a major letdown. Even though the discount was tempting, every single lipstick I received was expired, made over three years ago. When I reached out to customer service about the issue, they were slow to respond and not very helpful. They kept saying the lipsticks had a shelf life of at least three years, ignoring the obvious expiration dates. After weeks of emails back and forth, they finally asked me to send back the lipsticks for a refund. But since I hadn't had the lipsticks for so long, I couldn't do that. So now I'm left with no products and no refund, and the company won't take responsibility for their mistake. It's disappointing how they don't care about customer satisfaction. I won't be buying from them again, and I recommend others to be careful with on-sale products, as they might be expired and harmful to use.
