The website and customer service at this place are terrible! I just wanted to buy a year's membership as a gift, but they insisted on having my credit card details for future years which I didn't want. And trying to send an email? Forget about it, it was impossible! It seems like this place is going downhill fast!

I went to a PMP exam prep course not too long ago, and let me tell you, the instructor really knew his stuff. He gave us some great advice about the exam, pointing out key tips and things to be careful about. But I gotta say, it would have been nice to have a clearer plan of how the course was gonna go right from the start. It felt a bit all over the place at first. It took a while to figure out which reference materials we needed, which caused some confusion.

My time with this store was a total letdown. I've been waiting for two weeks and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. On top of that, I got double-charged for no reason, even after showing them my credit card statement. The customer service folks weren't much help and wouldn't even let me talk to a manager, saying there was only one of them in the whole country. The lack of communication and responsibility was just so frustrating and not okay.

Omg, this place was amazing! The hotel was super clean and the people there were really nice. It was close to the train station and downtown, which was awesome. When I arrived early, they let me chill and gave me drinks until my room was good to go. And get this, they even left a chocolate bunny on my bed for Easter! So adorable, right?! Also, shoutout to Soraya for helping me book football tickets. She definitely deserves a raise!
