Online Courses
I just bought some online courses from this site and I was so excited about the content and how good it was. But then they switched websites and now I can't access the classes I already paid for without paying more every month. It's really annoying because I thought I had bought these classes for keeps. I'm super let down by this new system and I feel like they're trying to rip me off as a customer.
Membership purchase
The website and customer service at this place are terrible! I just wanted to buy a year's membership as a gift, but they insisted on having my credit card details for future years which I didn't want. And trying to send an email? Forget about it, it was impossible! It seems like this place is going downhill fast!
Craftsy classes
I can't believe how some folks are struggling with this service. I've had a great experience, maybe folks just need to keep an eye on updates on the homepage. They might not send out emails, but they do a good job of keeping everyone in the loop, in my opinion. I haven't checked out my "forever" classes yet, but to be honest, I rarely revisit them anyway. The quality of the classes I've taken has been really good for the price, whether I bought them one by one or with a membership. The instructors have been well-informed and engaging, but I have noticed a bit of a drop in their activity lately. I think some instructors might be worried about losing access to this platform, which could be why they're scaling back on their interactions in the comments section. In general, I've found the feedback to be useful and thought-provoking.
Online crafting classes
As a customer at Craftsy, I was pretty annoyed 'cause they didn't get back to me about my refund question. Even though they said they'd cancel and refund my order, they still took the money from my account. They sent the refund to my PayPal, but then suddenly took it back without any reason. I've emailed them a bunch of times asking about this, but no reply yet. Also, I've noticed they haven't added any new classes, so it seems like the money I spent was just thrown away.
Free beginner embroidery and block printing courses
I just gotta say, I signed up for those free beginner embroidery and block printing courses on the platform, eh? And let me tell ya, I was blown away by how awesome they were! Kat McTee and Jen Hewitt really knew their stuff and made sure to explain everything in a way that us beginners could understand. The courses were well-organized and full of handy tips. I loved how engaging and easy to follow the content was, and I'm so grateful for the chance to pick up some new skills in such a fun and accessible way. Now, thanks to Kat and Jen, I'm feeling pretty confident about using what I learned in my own art projects and creations, eh.
Crochet patterns
I was pretty let down by my experience with this company, eh. Seemed like a good deal at first, but once I bought a few crochet patterns, I started noticing some issues with the prices, you know? The app was a pain to use and sometimes it just wouldn't work right, which was super annoying 'cause I couldn't even get to the patterns I already paid for. And on top of that, my buddy who's a teacher said they treat their teachers like garbage - low wages and barely any communication after the first year of their contract.
Knitting classes
I just bought some knitting classes on this platform that changed its name but then went back to the original one. I'm having trouble logging in and no one is answering my emails. I'm starting to worry that I might not be able to access the classes I paid for because of this bad customer service.
Sewing, quilting, and knitting classes
I was really bummed to hear that the website is closing down. I've taken a bunch of classes with some really great instructors that have been super helpful for me. Even though it won't be the same without the original brand, I liked the subscription model that gave me access to a wide variety of classes at a good price. In my experience, the customer service has always been quick and helpful, despite what others have said. While I can't speak to every subject, I can definitely say it's the best site out there for sewing, quilting, and knitting classes. I really hope they can find a way to keep the classes available, maybe on a platform like YouTube, because I still have lots I want to learn. Overall, it's a really disappointing situation.
Online craft classes
I found this awesome website for craft classes and I was so impressed by all the different instructors and classes they offer. I've tried out free motion quilting, gotten back into making clothes, and even improved my cooking skills, all thanks to the variety of classes they have. I signed up for their subscription service and I love being able to watch classes whenever I feel like it. Craftsy has been a game changer for me in learning and getting better at my crafts.
Learning new techniques, tools, reasonable prices, quick shipping
Craftsy is the ultimate place for all your crafting needs. Whether you want to learn new skills or just enhance your basics, this platform has everything you need. The range of tools you can buy definitely makes the job easier. I love the affordable prices that let me enjoy my crafting passion without spending too much. And the fast shipping is always a nice bonus when I get my order earlier than I thought. Shopping online with Craftsy has become my top choice for all things crafty.
Craftsy subscription
As someone who's been using Craftsy for a while now, I've noticed a lot of changes happening over time. But ever since another company took over, things have gone downhill. Switching to a monthly/yearly subscription has left a lot of us loyal customers feeling let down and confused. Craftsy used to be a great place for craft lovers, but now it's just causing more stress and money trouble. We were promised lifetime access to classes and patterns, but now it feels like we've been cheated and left out of pocket.
Project purchase and disappointing experience
My recent purchase from this website was a total disappointment, eh? I was hoping for something new and exciting, but it was just the same old stuff you could get anywhere else. The lack of variety and innovation is really disappointing, don't you think? What I really liked about this website was being able to buy projects that come with all the supplies you need, but even that didn't live up to my expectations. And don't get me started on the nightmare of trying to navigate the website - it's like they don't want you to find anything! And as for customer service? Let's just say I've had better luck talking to a moose, eh.
Online learning platform review
I recently checked out this online learning platform and was pleasantly surprised by all the different classes they had available. There were a whole bunch of subjects to choose from, so it was easy to find something that suited my interests. I also liked that they had patterns and designs from independent designers, which really added a unique touch to the learning experience.
The only downside I found was that it was a bit tricky to get all the supplies I needed for the classes. They did list out what items were required, but there weren't many options for buying them directly from the platform. Despite that, I thought the platform was well-organized and covered a lot of ground, making it a great place to learn.Quilting and watercolor classes
Craftsy is pretty good for anyone looking to learn a new skill or improve on ones they already have. The prices for the classes are fair, especially when they're having sales. The teachers know their stuff and are fun to learn from, which makes it enjoyable. I like being able to watch the classes at my own speed and easily go back to certain parts if I need to. It's like having a buddy show me a cool new hobby. Craftsy has been my top choice for learning how to quilt and trying out watercolor, and so far, I've been happy with it.
Recent login experience
Last week, I got to check out my purchase history on the website. The new layout was nice, easy to use. But now, I can't log in. I've tried resetting my password a bunch of times, but no luck. It's frustrating, and I could really use some help fixing this problem soon.
Yarn and class purchase
I love Craftsy, eh! Their stuff is just so cool and fun to use, you know? The classes are amazing and easy to understand. The teachers are super nice and always ready to help out if you have any questions. They've got a bunch of different yarns and patterns that are top-notch quality and not too pricey. And if you need any help, you can just chat, email, or give them a call, eh. Craftsy is the best, they really care about their customers and want them to succeed. I always have a great time browsing on Craftsy's site, and I know whatever I buy will be fantastic.
Online crafting classes
I bought some online crafting classes not long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with how they've handled things since shutting down. It's really disappointing to see all us customers who put our money into these classes just being ignored and left hanging. It's definitely not the kind of treatment you'd expect from a good company.
Awesome knitting class
I was so pumped to take this knitting class, but now I'm totally disappointed! The customer service used to be awesome, but now they're not even answering my questions about saving my classes. I have so many saved and now I might lose them all! Not cool, eh.
Subscription features disappointment
The website is a total disaster! The search function in the Wishlist is useless, and comments are scattered everywhere without making any sense. The link between subscription classes and purchased classes is so confusing, it's a pain to figure out. It feels like the creators don't understand how people really use the site. Some instructors have little teaching experience, like bloggers or NBC Today Show hosts. It's frustrating because Craftsy used to be really worth the money.
Wasted £400
Stay away from that and save yourself the hassle.
