Knitting classes
Knitting classes
ReliabilityI just bought some knitting classes on this platform that changed its name but then went back to the original one. I'm having trouble logging in and no one is answering my emails. I'm starting to worry that I might not be able to access the classes I paid for because of this bad customer service.

Sewing, quilting, and knitting classes
ReliabilityI was really bummed to hear that the website is closing down. I've taken a bunch of classes with some really great instructors that have been super helpful for me. Even though it won't be the same without the original brand, I liked the subscription model that gave me access to a wide variety of classes at a good price. In my experience, the customer service has always been quick and helpful, despite what others have said. While I can't speak to every subject, I can definitely say it's the best site out there for sewing, quilting, and knitting classes. I really hope they can find a way to keep the classes available, maybe on a platform like YouTube, because I still have lots I want to learn. Overall, it's a really disappointing situation.
