Craftsy - Reviews and experiences

As a customer at Craftsy, I was pretty annoyed 'cause they didn't get back to me about my refund question. Even though they said they'd cancel and refund my order, they still took the money from my account. They sent the refund to my PayPal, but then suddenly took it back without any reason. I've emailed them a bunch of times asking about this, but no reply yet. Also, I've noticed they haven't added any new classes, so it seems like the money I spent was just thrown away.

I recently checked out this online learning platform and was pleasantly surprised by all the different classes they had available. There were a whole bunch of subjects to choose from, so it was easy to find something that suited my interests. I also liked that they had patterns and designs from independent designers, which really added a unique touch to the learning experience.

The only downside I found was that it was a bit tricky to get all the supplies I needed for the classes. They did list out what items were required, but there weren't many options for buying them directly from the platform. Despite that, I thought the platform was well-organized and covered a lot of ground, making it a great place to learn.

I love Craftsy, eh! Their stuff is just so cool and fun to use, you know? The classes are amazing and easy to understand. The teachers are super nice and always ready to help out if you have any questions. They've got a bunch of different yarns and patterns that are top-notch quality and not too pricey. And if you need any help, you can just chat, email, or give them a call, eh. Craftsy is the best, they really care about their customers and want them to succeed. I always have a great time browsing on Craftsy's site, and I know whatever I buy will be fantastic.
