Subscription renewal issue

I was so let down by this company, eh. They didn't give me any heads up about my subscription renewing, and then they charged me twice! Like, seriously? And now I have to wait a whole week just to hear back from customer service. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them.

Baby photography course

This course was fantastic! I love photography, especially capturing newborn babies. I came across this course called "Baby Safety and Posing..." and it was exactly what I was looking for. Kelly Brown did a great job explaining everything, and I gained valuable knowledge on safely handling and posing newborns. It's really helpful as I'm expecting my own baby soon and I want to be able to take cute photos of them. On top of that, I managed to save $15 off the regular price with a referral code I found online, which was an added bonus!

Customer service experience

I gotta tell you about my recent experience with customer service - it was really disappointing. The person helping me didn't seem to listen to my questions and just gave me generic answers that didn't really solve my issues. On top of that, they didn't seem to know the system very well, which just made me even more frustrated. It took 4 whole days to finally get a solution to my problem, but by then, I had missed out on a good deal for a course I wanted. I asked to speak to a manager, but my requests were ignored. Now I'm wondering if I should bother investing in these expensive courses if this is the kind of support I can expect. I've never had such bad service from any other company before.

Online classes

Those classes were super boring, eh! They were using old stuff from like 2015, and I wanted the latest stuff, you know? Plus, I couldn't even switch to the next class sometimes! But then I found another class that was way better and always had new stuff.

Annual subscription

I really love the videos this company offers. The quality is amazing, and the content is super informative and interesting. I like how they have a lot of different courses for all kinds of interests and skill levels. The annual subscription is definitely worth it, especially when there's a good deal. Even if I only do a few courses in a year, I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

CreativeLive class on memoir writing

CreativeLive has been a huge help for me as a writer. The classes are really top-notch, with great instruction and high-quality production. I've been a student there since 2015 and have always found the courses to be informative and interesting. Recently, I went back to the memoir writing class taught by Joyce Maynard, a bestselling author. The course gave me some really valuable insights and practical advice that I've been using in my own writing. I really liked that I could download the course materials and videos for easy access whenever I needed some guidance or inspiration. That's something that sets CreativeLive apart from other online learning platforms that only offer streaming. Overall, I'm thankful for the chance to learn from such talented instructors and I definitely recommend CreativeLive to anyone looking to improve their writing skills.

Subscribed for the annual pass

Oh my goodness! I signed up for the whole year because I thought it would be really awesome, but now I feel like I've totally wasted my allowance money. They hardly ever have any new stuff, and the courses they do have now are so basic compared to before. I'm really disappointed, I think they're going downhill.

Camera course for beginners

I took this beginner camera course and it was really easy to follow. I learned a lot more than I ever did from watching YouTube videos. I wish I had signed up for it earlier because it was so useful. Also, there are free live videos and a free lesson of the day that you can access. I can only see them on my iPad though, not on my laptop, but that's probably just because I'm not great with technology.

Recent course purchases

I've been a loyal customer of this online platform for a while now and I've bought a few courses recently. I gotta say, the courses I've taken are top-notch. The content is always interesting and well explained, which really adds value to the learning experience. One thing I really like is being able to watch a free video from any course on their app every day. It's a great way to preview a course before buying it.

Online course purchases

I've been buying online courses for a while now, mostly during sales. Lately, I've noticed there aren't many new photography courses, especially on mirrorless cameras and drones. Some of the courses are old, they've been around for years, and with all the sales going on, I'm starting to wonder if they're really worth it. It seems like they might be getting left behind by platforms like YouTube. I wouldn't be shocked if someone buys them out soon.
