CommunicationThe website and customer service at this place are terrible! I just wanted to buy a year's membership as a gift, but they insisted on having my credit card details for future years which I didn't want. And trying to send an email? Forget about it, it was impossible! It seems like this place is going downhill fast!

CommunicationI was so pumped to take this knitting class, but now I'm totally disappointed! The customer service used to be awesome, but now they're not even answering my questions about saving my classes. I have so many saved and now I might lose them all! Not cool, eh.
