So I bought a new desktop computer from this company and, gotta say, I'm running into some issues. It crashed a couple days after I got it while I was trying to install some software. I called tech support for help, but they couldn't figure out what was going on or how to fix it. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got from them. Compared to my last computer from a different brand, this service was seriously lacking. It was frustrating not being able to fix the problem and feeling stuck. Now I'm thinking about returning the computer, which is turning into more trouble than I expected.

This website is so sneaky, eh? It tries to trick ya into paying extra money for no reason! I thought I was booking my hotel directly, but it turns out I got scammed with crazy fees and taxes. It's like they think they can take advantage of people and get away with it. I'm so mad, eh!

I just bought a jacket from this company for about 300 bucks and man, oh man, I gotta tell ya, I'm super bummed out by the quality. The dang zipper keeps getting stuck, which is beyond annoying, especially the bottom one that goes up. But I think it would have been better if they had let me know the reason for the cancellation ahead of time.

The parts diagrams they give us are so great! They make it really easy to find even the most hard-to-find parts and part numbers. Sure, they might be a bit pricier, but hey, at least the parts are there and easy to find.
