    Dude, I ordered this really pricey stuff from an online store and the delivery guys just dumped it on my front step, like right out in the open, man! They didn't even bother knocking or anything, so someone snatched it up fast. It's like they didn't give a damn, and now I'm out a bunch of money. The store isn't even trying to do anything to help me out. So not cool, dude.

    Order cancelled after 1 month

    So, eh, I just made a purchase through Private Sport Shop and, unfortunately, after waiting a whole month, my order got cancelled because the supplier didn't have it in stock. I was feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the whole thing, you know? And to top it off, I only found out it was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered, talk about inconvenient, eh? Now I'm really starting to doubt how reliable and transparent their whole ordering process is, and I think I'll have to think twice before making any more purchases from them in the future.

    Ghost Whisperer Jacket

    So, I bought this Ghost Whisperer Jacket because of all the good reviews. At first, I thought it was great - nice and warm, lightweight, and fit well. But to be honest, my overall experience hasn't been great. The fabric started wearing out pretty fast, especially around the waist toggle. The down lost its poofiness, and the zipper ended up breaking. When I tried to get some help from the distributor, they basically just brushed off my concerns and blamed the damage on how I used the jacket. The lack of taking responsibility and the poor customer service left me pretty annoyed and unsatisfied. I have other outdoor gear that has lasted a lot longer with way fewer problems, so I'm not impressed with the quality and durability of this Ghost Whisperer Jacket. I was expecting more from a brand that's known for making outdoor gear.

    I bought this jacket online not too long ago and I relied on the size guide they had on the website. But when it showed up, it was way off and just didn't fit right. So I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it, but they hit me with their strict "no exchange" rule.     I recently splurged on some fancy outdoor gear online. But guess what? My order never made it to my door. When I asked for help, they just told me to deal with the shipping company and it could take forever to sort out, like up to 2 weeks. That's not cool at all. I think companies need to step up and make sure our orders get to us, instead of making us jump through hoops. Super disappointed in the way this went down and the lack of care for us customers.

    I recently sent in my puffer jacket to get fixed by the company. I made sure to clean it well before shipping it out, using a fabric cleaner with a brush and a detergent that's free of scents and dyes. But even with all that effort, the company said the jacket was still dirty and wouldn't fix it unless I paid more. I felt pretty disappointed by their lack of communication and their refusal to talk it out with me. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money on their stuff, so I expected better service. I won't be buying any more gear from them in the future.
