Expensive gear
Dude, I ordered this really pricey stuff from an online store and the delivery guys just dumped it on my front step, like right out in the open, man! They didn't even bother knocking or anything, so someone snatched it up fast. It's like they didn't give a damn, and now I'm out a bunch of money. The store isn't even trying to do anything to help me out. So not cool, dude.
Order cancelled after 1 month
So, eh, I just made a purchase through Private Sport Shop and, unfortunately, after waiting a whole month, my order got cancelled because the supplier didn't have it in stock. I was feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the whole thing, you know? And to top it off, I only found out it was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered, talk about inconvenient, eh? Now I'm really starting to doubt how reliable and transparent their whole ordering process is, and I think I'll have to think twice before making any more purchases from them in the future.
Outdoor Jacket
So I just bought this outdoor jacket from this company and honestly, it's been a bit of a letdown. My order got held up at a US port for weeks and then they lost it at sea for over 2 months. I ended up canceling my order and they told me I'd get my refund in 10 days, but it's been 23 days now and still no sign of my money.

Ghost Whisperer Jacket
So, I bought this Ghost Whisperer Jacket because of all the good reviews. At first, I thought it was great - nice and warm, lightweight, and fit well. But to be honest, my overall experience hasn't been great. The fabric started wearing out pretty fast, especially around the waist toggle. The down lost its poofiness, and the zipper ended up breaking. When I tried to get some help from the distributor, they basically just brushed off my concerns and blamed the damage on how I used the jacket. The lack of taking responsibility and the poor customer service left me pretty annoyed and unsatisfied. I have other outdoor gear that has lasted a lot longer with way fewer problems, so I'm not impressed with the quality and durability of this Ghost Whisperer Jacket. I was expecting more from a brand that's known for making outdoor gear.
Chockstone walking pants
I recently ordered a pair of chockstone walking pants from this company, but they ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they didn't do anything to fix the problem. Now I'm out $50 because of their mistake. I was really let down by how this company handled the situation - they didn't take any responsibility or provide good customer service. I would recommend others to steer clear of buying from them.
Jacket sizing issue
I bought this jacket online not too long ago and I relied on the size guide they had on the website. But when it showed up, it was way off and just didn't fit right. So I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it, but they hit me with their strict "no exchange" rule. They basically told me I had to send the jacket back and then buy it again at a much higher price, which is not only a pain but also costs more. I recently splurged on some fancy outdoor gear online. But guess what? My order never made it to my door. When I asked for help, they just told me to deal with the shipping company and it could take forever to sort out, like up to 2 weeks. That's not cool at all. I think companies need to step up and make sure our orders get to us, instead of making us jump through hoops. Super disappointed in the way this went down and the lack of care for us customers.
Puffer jacket repair
I recently sent in my puffer jacket to get fixed by the company. I made sure to clean it well before shipping it out, using a fabric cleaner with a brush and a detergent that's free of scents and dyes. But even with all that effort, the company said the jacket was still dirty and wouldn't fix it unless I paid more. I felt pretty disappointed by their lack of communication and their refusal to talk it out with me. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have spent a lot of money on their stuff, so I expected better service. I won't be buying any more gear from them in the future.

Ghost whisperer 2
This jacket is way too expensive for how poorly it's made. I was really let down by how badly the Ghost whisperer 2 performed and held up. I'd suggest checking out Decathlon's jacket instead, it's much better quality. Don't waste your money or deal with the frustration, stay away from this product no matter what.
Super cool jacket
I got this really awesome jacket from them, but then the delivery company took it away! I even have security footage, but no one bothered to help me out. It was such a bummer.
Jacket purchase
I just bought a jacket from this company for about 300 bucks and man, oh man, I gotta tell ya, I'm super bummed out by the quality. The dang zipper keeps getting stuck, which is beyond annoying, especially the bottom one that goes up. This was my first shot at buying from this brand 'cause I usually get my outdoor stuff from different companies, and let me just say, it's gonna be my last time dealing with these folks.
Gift cards and credit card purchase
The website is terrible, it took the money from my credit card before using my gift cards. I was like, hey, I want to save my gift cards for later, not right now! And when I tried to cancel the order because of their mistake, Customer Service said, sorry, we can't help you, wait for your order to arrive and then return it. What a waste of time! They didn't even offer me anything for the trouble. I am completely finished with this company, never buying from them again!
Hoodie purchase
I just bought a hoodie online and had to send it back because it wasn't what I expected. Returning it was such a pain. I had to call a bunch of times and the customer service reps were no help at all. They weren't clear about the return policy and took extra money from my refund, which made me so mad. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else from now on.

$200 snow pants purchase
So I recently bought a pair of snow pants for $200 from here, but I gotta say, the delivery situation was not great. Supposedly, the package was left at the front door of my apartment complex at 10 p.m on a Sunday, when I specifically asked for it to be brought to the mailroom Dropbox. When I reached out to customer support, they looked into it but basically told me that the package had been delivered. They just kinda brushed me off and told me to talk to the carrier if I had any more questions. Now I'm stuck without my snow pants, feeling pretty annoyed at the company for not doing more about it.
